The bottle on this scented body oil has confusing wording. It states it has “great flavor” and in an “edible fragrance” but further down it states it is not to be consumed as food. I went to the company website to see if I could get clarity.
The company offers two products this Scented Body Oil line which is NOT edible, but smells like it should be and with a name like Lick…one would assume.
They also offer a Flavored Massage Oil line that IS edible.
After clearing up the confusion I tried it. The whipped cream smell reminds me of vanilla cake batter smell or butter cream frosting. It smells great! I found it to be easily absorbed and hydrating. It is a little greasy for my tastes, but I will use less in the future or perhaps add it to an unscented lotion for scent and extra hydration.

Sadly, I can’t say I’ve used it yet, but I did open it to try and feel the feeling of the oil and it does smell as spectacular. I love the smell of it, and it is nice and oily. I love it.

I use many natural oils, and I can tell upon trying that this is a good oil. It’s described as scented. Yes, there’s a sweet smell to it, but it’s not overpowering. As a matter of fact, I feel that it wears off after a time, but that doesn’t really bother me because I didn’t get it for the scent. I like it because it has a nice blend of natural oils like almond, castor, jojoba, hempseed, etc. It is vegan. But it doesn’t specify if it’s organic, and also the reason I’m rating it 4 stars. It is lightweight. It moisturizes very well without being sticky. It seems like it retains the moisture in my hands even after one washing. I like it. Thank you.

The LICK Whipped Cream Scented Body Oil has a fun name, but despite that, it’s important to note that it’s not meant to be consumed—you can’t actually lick it! The scent is super yummy and the oil is moisturizing and provides a nice hydrating feel to the skin but the fact that its entirely inedible despite being called LICK is just kind of weird and takes away from the whole concept of a body oil.

What I liked:
About the only thing I liked of this “LICK Whipped Cream Scented Body Oil – Vitamin E Infused, Moisturizing & Hydrating Body Oil Gel for Women, Soothing Aromatherapy Experience – Antioxidant Protection, Natural & Gentle Body Oil” was the scent (but even that was just so so). Overall, I have more questions than compliments on this one.
What I did not like:
This ‘natural’ product is “not to be consumed as food” but is called LICK? Furthermore it’s flavored as whipped cream!? I’m so confused. I thought this was maybe a fun LICK-able body oil but when I look at the ingredients, no thank you!

2 stars for a misleading product description/name with ‘natural’ ingredients I wouldn’t want to get on me and a so so scent.

This oil smells amazing and leaves skin super soft. The scent is sweet and light and definitely a fun idea for bedroom activities. It says it is edible but there really isnt any flavor to it.
