ITEM:
Highnmighty Lavender Ginger Hemp Body Oil (100mL/3.38oz [on bottle])
PROS:
Easy to dispense spray bottle. Body oil absorbs easily, even on dry skin. And the scent is very lively & invigorating.
CONS:
Lavender & peppermint part of the scent isn’t very evident.
FINAL THOUGHTS:
I love the lemongrass aspect of the blend, and the ginger adds a kick. It even comes nicely boxed, so if you’re giving it as a gift all you need is a bow.

The body oil smells amazing. I love ginger and all the other essential oils that this has included. It leaves my skin feeling good and looking nice. It also feels nice rubbed on the heels on my feet and made them soft. It is an excellent massage oil and I would recommend.

This body oil didn’t really smell like Lavender but more on the ginger side. It easy to apply, just spray it on after showering and rub it in good. At first it looked greasy but then soaked in and my skin looked glowy and it’s very moisturizing. Over good value and I loved the packaging.

This sprays nicely and does a decent job of moisturizing, so on those counts, this works well. Unfortunately though it’s got a very strong smell, and it’s not a smell that I personally find pleasant — it’s half the telltale smell of actual hemp, and half the scent of extra-strength lemongrass, which is a scent I find pretty off-putting in all but very light amounts, and this is NOT a “light amount”. The combination, to me, is really unappealing… so unless I find myself needing some bug repellent in a pinch this summer (lemongrass does work somewhat well in that capacity), I unfortunately can’t really see myself actually using this.
Amazon Customer –
Scent is clean and refreshing if you’re into lemongress type of smell. Oil absorption is ok, leaves my skin hydrated if a bit oily. The price is higher than I’d like.

This hemp body oil from HIGHNMIGHTY doesn’t smell like lavender at all. In fact, it smells heavily of ginger and lemongrass! I can’t detect the lavender oil they used in this at all so I’m wondering where the lavender is. 🙂 That being said, it’s a good lightweight oil for use after showering. The directions state to use it immediately after showering and that’s exactly what I did, rubbing it into my skin until it absorbed.
At first, it was a bit greasy but when it finally did absorb 20-30 minutes later, my skin looked almost shimmery. It was a healthy-looking glow and I’m so happy I won’t go through summer looking ashy or dull-skinned after showering.
I think one of the issues I have with this product is the high price for such a small amount of hemp oil. It seems a bit excessive and the value is just okay. I will give it some thought before repurchasing this oil. But if you want a luxury hemp oil, this is very nice!

The massage oil was packaged really thoughtfully in a paper box. I appreciate the personal touches like that. The massage oil itself felt warming and smelled great. My partner used this on me and it was so soothing. It didn’t have an unnatural or chemical odor like some of these massage oils do. Just simple ingredients doing their job. Highly recommend!

Off the bat, kudos for clear and comprehensive list of all ingredients.
I deduct a star when products do not show a full list of ingredients, and this product was very clear as to what the contents were.
you CAN’T knock the scent – as Lemongrass and Peppermint are strong essential oils. Honest, I can’t wait to wear this outside working in the yard as Lemongrass is suppose to keep mosquitos away, and Peppermint is known for keeping spiders away. I would not mind if I found this to be a good bug repellent in addition to a body oil.
The only knock is that the spray comes out as a droplet, not a mist. That’s ok, but it would not have mattered than as to why type of bottle it was in.
I do think the price is a bit high. I honestly have not purchased an oil based product with lemongrass or peppermint, but I have purchased individual essential oil kits, and I think you could buy the essential oils separately and then add to a carrier oil which this seems to be with jojoba oil as the main (or most) ingredient.
Based on price alone, I don’t think I would buy this again.
