The ingredients sound amazing, so I’m hopeful for future results. At the moment, I notice that this formula is very oily and somehow causes a mess outside the bottle. I’ve been careful with dispensing, to avoid further mess, but it somehow keeps coating the outside of the bottle and getting down to the counter. Very faint smell. No redness or irritation. No increased brightness or hydration, though, either.

This is a very strong Vitamin C serum. It comes in a fabulous hefty bottle with the usual dropper you’d find for applying any other serum. It goes on easily and absorbs into my skin very quickly. Highly concentrated Vitamin C like this can sometimes sting or dry out skin, so my default is to apply sparingly to targeted areas, then supplement with an all-over HA serum or moisturizer to reduce the any potential irritation.
The price of this bottle is steep, however you do get a relatively large quantity and in my case it will last a long time since I only use it in specific areas to help lighten/brighten dark spots. I’ve used another high concentration Vitamin C serum before but that one was a creamy lotion-style treatment and I prefer this format because it is easier to use.

I use this in my morning skincare routine. I’ve noticed, as well as coworkers and even my husband that my skin is glowing more. I’ve been asked by a few coworkers what it is I’ve been using, and have pointed them to this vitamin c oil.
Given the results I’ve had after a few months of consistent use of it, I think the expensive price point may be worth it. I only say “may be” because I’ve not used other vitamin c oils before, besides the ones inside of sheet and face masks. Even though I received this product to review, it works so absolutely well. I was skeptical of it actually, but this oil has become such a staple in my morning routine because it just makes my skin look so good! It’s like a full nights rest for my face.

I love this vitamin c serum. I have normal to dry skin with some fine lines and a fair amount of hyperpigmentation. I use topical vitamin c in the morning and tretinoin at night as both help reduce lines and fade dark spots.
This particular serum is lovely. The bottle is beautiful and I love the golden-yellow color of the actual serum. I normally use 5 drops on my freshly washed face and neck, let it soak in a few minutes, then apply my moisturizer. However, just this serum alone plumps and hydrates my skin, and has a luminous, glowing finish. I haven’t experienced any stinging, redness or any other negative reaction, like breakouts.
I really like this serum and hope to see some significant dark spot fading in the next few months. In the meantime, I’m enjoying the way this serum makes my skin look and feel.
