Trying something new here. Glasses that help with promoting sleep – interesting. Had to try these, as they may help instead of relying on ingesting sleep aids. These are the Sleep Savior Ultra with a foam gasket all around the lens. Last night I put the glasses on and played a few Solitaire games on the computer for about 1/2 hour before going to bed, though the recommended time is about 1 to 3 hours. Weird at first with the amber (reddish/yellowish) scene presented, but I did get sleepy. Not sure if it was the glasses or just me wanting that. Will continue to see if the glasses will “send out that signal that it’s time to sleep”. The glasses fit comfortably with just the ear pieces, and I wasn’t going anywhere, so have not tried the included adjustable strap yet. The glasses also come with a silky bag for protection and safekeeping, and a cleaning cloth. I imagine that for those that have unusual work hours or travel a lot, these would be very helpful.

These are great for blue blocking. They have rubber guards around the rims to prevent light leaking in from the sides. The strong orange tint is pretty effective at blocking blue light. There are more effective methods out there – you’ll pay a lot more money for true blue blockers, but my doctor recommended this kind, he says the orange will do the job. He recommends wearing for 1-2 hours before bed. They do turn everything orange, it takes some adjustment.
They say wear these when you fall asleep, which I find laughable. They’re a lot bulkier than normal glasses, unless you’re a back sleeper who never rolls over, I find that impossible.
My complaint is that they are a bit tight on me (I’m a 6ft tall male). The temples aren’t long enough. I can live with all that, but the main problem is the bottom of the frames touch my bottom eyelid. They need to be a little deeper. This design is more ideal for someone with a medium or small face, flatter features, and smaller nose, where the frames can be more easily worn right up against your face.
They will NOT fit over glasses, not even close. There are other brands that are made for this.
Finally the lens quality is pretty good – no distortion from the sides. But the frames are cheap plastic, feel like dollar store quality.
I’m going to try to make them work, but I do wish I’d had the opportunity to try them on first. Given the cheap frame and the poor fit, I think the price is a bit high for what you get.

These blue/green blockers DO NOT block blue and green as stated… Come to find out they are not amber lenses, but instead, orange lenses. There was a new sticker, on the box, covering the old sticker that said they are orange lenses…According to Safety Blue, the company that makes these glasses, orange lenses only block about 42% of blue light and no green…Sending back!!!! Don’t advertise these as being Amber when really orange…and then cover orange sticker with another sticker!!!
A waste of my time!!!

I’ve been using these for about a month. I’m happy with my purchase and I feel like I’m contributing to sleep hygiene. I use them both reading on my laptop and watching movies on tv. I have to adjust them frequently because the right eye fogs. I’m not sure why.

How good these glasses are I use to wake up every two hours and now I wear these glasses to bed and even though my eyes are closed they feel rejuvenated.

Its good for the screens. I see everything more clearly at night. I wouldnt sleep in them though i find myself taking them off.

Felt flimsy. Only came with the elastic strap, no regular glasses arms as advertised, and the strap was not going to work for me. Returned them.

Fairly nice glasses and kit for different methods of wearing them. Except they do not fit over standard eyeglasses, so you are limited to activities that you do not need your eyeglasses for – while wearing these. Will work with contacts, which I am unable to wear.
I find that the frame has a weird twist to it and it sits twisted on my face, which bothers me. These would have to be heat treated and bent to get that weird twist out, (like what your eye glass place does to adjust plastic framed glasses).
They also sit way to high up on my face and the bottom of the lenses are almost in my eyes – again that really bothers me.
But I do like how my eye immediately relax when I put these on! My eyes have always been very sensitive to light, so I do like how these make my eyes feel – but I just can’t stand how the frames feel while on. These fit a lot like cheap safety goggles, which almost always fit weird.
They have an inner padding that you can take out – but it is on there to reduce as much external light as possible and taking the padding off allows more light in through the sides – but that might still be enough to help if you really want/need these glasses.
The included head strap is also pretty cool, as that gives you a way to wear these glasses and not have them fall off – good concept with that, but again it makes the glasses press on your face (with the padding that’s not so bad) and feels a bit weird. Probably can get used to that, if the glasses fit lower on my face.
If these fit better (felt more comfortable) I might wear these at night just before bed to help relax my eyes. However with the twisted frame they just don’t feel comfortable and I keep trying to bend them to sit right – but they bounce right back to twisted.
I bit expensive for what they are, really. $41.66 when ordered 3/21
