These seem to be very high quality omega 3 capsules. A serving size is 2 capsules, so this is a one month supply. I visited the Oceanblue website and like that the company specializes in Omega 3 supplements.
When I first opened the bottle and sniffed, I noticed a definite fishy smell, but when I sniffed a single capsule I didn’t smell anything and It didn’t taste fishy when I swallowed. I didn’t notice any kind of aftertaste either. These are supposed to have an orange flavor, but I honestly couldn’t taste or smell any orange. My main concern is that it’s a quality supplement. I believe a lot of care has gone into this product.

I am learning more and more about the importance of Omega 3, especially as a balance against Omega 6, which we often have too much of in our systems. This supplement is essentially is an Omega 3 supplement. I have no problem calling it a brain supplement, although it is good for health generally. I had no problems with any kind of fishy taste or burpy afertaste if that matters. I would recommend this supplement highly!

I ordered this product for my husband, who takes fish oil daily. He says that these fish oil capsules are relatively easy to swallow and don’t give him overwhelming fish breath, unlike other brands he has tried. He usually takes them with food, so that helps ease any stomach disturbances. I like the purity testing and lack of mercury in the product. Definitely something that we will consider buying again.

This is a great product. After taking such I experienced is no fish aftertaste, fish smell/flavor, fish burping, or any fish smell or taste at all. Even when I opened a capsule to smell and taste the fish oil, it mostly smells like oranges and has a citrus orange flavor/taste, but there is an extremely slight taste and smell of fish oil (not at all sufficient to give you fish breath), but you get none of such smell or taste when you just swallow them whole. It is legitimately made in the USA by a U.S. based company. The QR code on the back of the bottle gives you access to the PDF certificates of analysis from U.S. labs that do tests on this product, and they are legitimate labs that are used by numerous companies, colleges/universities, and even the governments of a few states. They apparently test each batch of their fish oil and they give you access to many years of lab tests, with multiple batches tested each year. Your batch number and information is listed on the bottom of the bottle and you can look such up and see the lab test results and certificate of analysis for your batch. The transparency associated with this product is phenomenal and I’m not aware of any other company doing so with their fish oil products. Thus, this product stands far above all others in terms of transparency. Moreover, the quality is phenomenal and it has one of (if not the absolute) lowest mercury levels of all fish oil products (only 1 part per billion of mercury). Such extremely low level of mercury is virtually without comparison in the fish oil industry and reflects that they super-refine and extensively filter this fish oil to thoroughly purify it. It’s super-pure in this regard.
The price is slightly high compared to other fish oil products, but this product itself is simply better than other fish oil products for reasons given above and I think the slightly higher price is worth it. I would and do highly recommend it to anyone looking for a super-pure fish oil with absolutely no fish taste, aftertaste, burping, or smell taking it as intended.
