Nuun Hydration Tablets are very convenient for trips on a bicycle. One tablet can make a difference in a bike water bottle. I like the choice of flavors, they dissolve well and taste good. They help avoid cramps.

I like these for their simplicity and flavor. I drink more water with some flavor but it’s not a ‘sports’ drink.

If you find most sports drinks to be too sweet, you might like these electrolyte tablets. They have a nice tartness without being too sweet, and they are slightly effervescent but not overly bubbly. All the flavors are fantastic, in my opinion. Portable, easy to pack for the gym, beach, hikes, or theme parks.
I like the variety of formulas, which are either made for high-impact sport (Sport and Sport +Caffeine) or low-impact endurance like studying, gaming, working (Daily and Daily Energy). The Daily Energy is the only one with B-Vitamins, and both the Sport+Caffeine and Daily Energy have caffeine from Green Tea Leaf Extract.
TBH I’ve been using the two Daily tablets more lately, just because of my lifestyle and workout pattern. But, now that the heat is skyrocketing into the 90s on a regular basis here, and I still need to keep up (and ramp up) my training, I’m enjoying the sport tablets even more during or after long workouts and also at the beach. The best thing about them is their portability so that I can add water when and where I actually need to rehydrate.
The two drawbacks of this product at the moment are #1, some of the ingredient labeling is inconsistent (e.g., how much caffeine is in the Sport+caffeine?) and #2, just like all fizzy tablets, these do leave very slight film on the inside of my water bottles. It’s easily removed with hot water and soap, and it’s not nearly as much chalky residue as many other powdered and tablet drink mixes.

Working out and staying hydrated is hard. These Nuun tabs help keep your electrolytes balanced and taste great too. I like to buy two boxes at a time. Can’t workout without them.

Three of the four tubes have tablets that cannot be removed at all. From the photos, you can see they are already damp. The original color should be uniform. Not only is the quality so poor, but Amazon also only provides the manufacturer’s contact information. The manufacturer cannot process a refund without purchase information and directed me back to Amazon. I couldn’t find any contact information for customer service on any page of Amazon’s website. This is really a case of shirking responsibility.
The worst purchase of electrolytes I ever made!

These work well after a workout to replenish electrolytes. The various flavors all taste good and the tablets dissolve well in my waterbottle. Will continue to buy these
