Taste is good though it does take them a couple minutes to fully dissolve in water. Nice compact case though.

I use Nuun for many activities but mainly purchased my initial supply about two years ago for when I play golf in the hot North Carolina summers. I play 5 to 6 times a week, I almost always walk and the course i usually play on is very long, about 8 miles per round includes going to the range. Prior to using Nuun I would often feel very tired and a bit light headed by the 12th or 13th hole. Once I began using Nuun tablets I would drink 3 or 4 bottles worth per round and even when the temps were in the 90s and humidity was high I would finish my round feeling just fine. BTW I am 68 and play well over 220 rounds per year. Taste is okay, not overpowering but really did the trick for me when Power aide and Gatorade didn’t seem to help very much.

I have to admit when it comes to flavor; l can be fussy, but once l gave the Citrus Orange a try, l was pleasantly surprised; l love the taste. The tablets are easy to break and dissolve quickly. Happy l gave this product a try. Will buy again.

Nuun Hydration Immunity Electrolyte Tablets are a solid choice for staying hydrated and boosting immunity. The flavors—Blueberry Tangerine and Orange Citrus—taste great and make hydration enjoyable. Each tablet delivers a decent amount of Vitamin C (200mg) and effectively replenishes electrolytes.
However, I did experience some bloating after using them. While they work well and taste good, the bloating was a bit uncomfortable. If you’re sensitive to this, it might be something to consider. Overall, they’re a good product for hydration and immune support, just be mindful of the potential for bloating.

The tablet takes a few minutes to effervesce once dropped into water. Most likely you will have to use a standard cup; glass; plastic cup or wide mouthed water bottle if you want these for on-the-go.
I was hoping they could be dropped into a bottle of bottled spring water but the tablet is too large and does not fit into the opening of standard 16.9 oz bottles.
The taste isn’t something that is going to blow you away. In fact, to me the taste is more bland invigorating. The ingredients however probably don’t allow for a refreshing feeling taste- wise BUT those same ingredients are internal organ friendly, so I am perfectly okay with the trade-off there.
I was hoping for something tasty, but on the bright side, I won’t end up consuming the entire contents of the package within just two days.
You can have up to six servings per day as recommended on the box. Maybe the taste is negligible if you’re sweating up a storm, but I was just relaxing and wanted something refreshing. It isn’t god-awful; it’s NOT what I was hoping for and expecting.
So set the bar low for taste in your personal expectations but quite honestly as I sit tapping out this review I am feeling very relaxed but not tired.
The results of the first serving are different than expected, but I am pleasantly surprised. No excessive “rush” and I don’t feel compelled to have another right this minute, but most likely in a little while which is a good thing because I have a lot to do this evening and didn’t get as much done earlier today as I would have liked to.
Ten servings per tube; two grams of sugar; no caffeine and I am feeling on the energetic side right now. Don’t worry about how it tastes as far as I’m concerned; I have tasted more bland “energy drinks”.
I just wanted this for some variety in hydration purposes so the energetic impulses are a bonus and fortunately I did not try this for the first time before bed just to have something refreshing before retiring for the day for having to get up early for work. Don’t do that just in case.
Results may vary, so I would just take into consideration my experience in drinking a Nuun dissolved in 16 ounces of water.
I don’t know if they will dissolve in juice.

I’ve bought Nuun products for over five years and have tried everything from their sports electrolyte, vitamins, and immunity tablets. They do a great job, keeping me hydrated while playing sports, sitting in the office, or trying to avoid a cold. I’ve tried many flavors and never had one I didn’t like. No odd aftertaste. The biggest plus is typically 2 g of sugar or less per serving which is important for me. Package is earth friendly with 10 tablets in the tube. Better than using 10 separate plastic water bottles. Easy to break in half or keep whole to drop in a water bottle
