I was so excited to try these flavors. The names had me purchasing immediately and they cost less per tube than the nuun sport 6 pack.
For reference: I regularly purchase the nuun sport variety pack and love the grape, fruit punch, and tri-berry flavors. I’m not a fan of lemon lime, strawberry lemonade, or tropical, although my husband happily drinks those. I had both of these flavors cold, I did not try them hot. I gave the tablets about 2 hours to dissolve, pouring room temp water on them and sticking them in the fridge to cool like I do with nuun sport, and then shook before drinking. These do not contain potassium like the nuun sport.
I drank 1.5 tablets, 1st at 8:15 pm inside a sauna for 20 mins at 175 deg, and 2nd (half) at 9:30 pm while getting ready for bed. I went to bed at 11pm, which is late for me, and fell asleep immediately. I woke up feeling ok with 7 hours sleep and not too dehydrated. I consume tart cherry juice occasionally and love the sleep quality I get from it.
These tablets don’t dissolve well like other nuun, and I would describe the blackberry vanilla flavor as… when you let the ice melt in your drink when you’re almost finished and then you drink it because your thirsty. Soooo…. kinda gross and I didn’t want to drink a whole bottle but I was inside a sauna so I did a lot of chugging instead of sipping like I usually would.
The lemon chamomile is a liiiiitle bit better but the tablet seemed to have more trouble dissolving in that one. These did seem to have a positive effect on my sleep, I only recall waking up to move once and going right back out.

I had a full glass before bed. Didn’t wake up in the middle of the night needing to pee. Also didn’t wake up thirsty in the middle of the night. I didn’t like the taste much, but I might buy again because they are efficient and affordable.

I absolutely love Nuun, so when I discovered this product, I had to try it. I have had sleep problems for over a year now, and these tablets have significantly helped! They actually make me drowsy, and I like both flavors despite being quite picky. They do take a while do dissolve even with stirring, but a trick is to break them apart before adding them to water. Also, never drink the last sip hahaha. It’s chalky, grainy, and gross… but overall I’m very pleasantly surprised. A bonus would be if they were cheaper but I can live with the price

I enjoy the Nuun daily hydration tabs and was excited to find the “rest” flavors. However, after dissolving the tabs, I quickly changed my mind. I could not get myself to drink it. After a few sips, I poured it out. There is a white film or scum at the top and residual granules at the bottom post dissolving. I would not recommend this product. It’s visually off-putting and tastes horrible, nothing like chamomile tea. Do not purchase.
