Noticed a difference in myself however with it in this form it’s very hard to stay consistent. If you leave the film on top it doesn’t dry out as fast. But if you leave it cracked even a little it dries out. It’s very messy.

Took a spoon consistently, daily and on an empty stomach in the morning, I also train 5 days at the gym and eat cleans and healthy. After almost 1 month of daily eating of this gravel, I reached the bottom of the jar which became dry like glass, I can honestly say there were no gains, looks like snake oil.

This is my fourth purchase from this brand, and the quality has been consistently outstanding. I’ve been using shilajit resin for a couple of years now and have tried several brands, but this one stands out. I believe the sun-dried process and the high elevation from where it’s extracted make a huge difference in its potency. Many cheaper alternatives lack that rich, earthy smell, and the potency just isn’t the same. As for the resin drying out, it’s actually a good sign that it’s authentic. When it happens, I just add a few drops of water to the jar and after a day its softens like the first day. Far better than the watery fake stuff I’ve tried before that smell like sewage.

I initially purchased this shilajit resin to help improve my energy levels, but the biggest benefit I’ve noticed is the increase in mental clarity. My focus has improved, and I feel more present throughout the day. I use just a small amount in the morning with warm water, and it keeps me going without the jittery feeling I get from caffeine. It’s a natural product, so the earthy taste doesn’t bother me. The quality is amazing, and I can tell this is a high-altitude, authentic shilajit. Worth every penny!

Got into cycling with one vision in mind and there’s to loose weight . Even though in can that it works but the downside is that I also lost muscle mass . Holy crap… How have I not known about Shilajit my whole life?!? Been taking twice a day for ONLY 2 days and this stuff is POWERFUL. Effects manifested themselves right away and built up quickly the last 2 days and I’m assuming it’s only gonna keep building up in effect..So powerful that it blows my mind I haven’t heard of this substance till now… From everything I’ve read about Shilajit before I pulled the trigger and bought this I learned you gotta be willing to spend some $$ for a real legit Shilajit lol. Any product that’s cheap unlike this brands is not gonna be real Shilajit or effective I promise you that of these companies that are expensive would go out of business .. trust me this stuff is the real deal. Edit: having taken this stuff twice a day religiously for a month now I can undoubtedly tell you this product is amazing. All the benefits I was looking for are present on top of benefits I wasn’t even purchasing this for originally. this stuff has to be doing something to my metabolism and or is increasing my testosterone like I’ve read about Shilajit doing because I’ve noticed that besides the increase in natural energy my belly fat has melted off a considerable amount. I’m seriously blown away by Shilajit and will continue to take it indefinitely.

The little container was not difficult to open, it was just impossible to open it. It probably traveled a long distance and then had multiple change of temperature. As a result, the resin inside worked as glue and we had to use different ustensiles to open it. The container is made out of glass so once we used hammer and other tools, the product was not only unusable but dangerous with thoysand tiny pieces of glass. It was already overpriced. Now i would consider this product a scam!!!!

So, after almost 2 months of taking this, I can confidently say that it does work. It took about a week before I started seeing great results. I take it first thing in the morning to start my day. It gave me more energy, better focus, less aches and pains, and I slept much better at night. If the product becomes hard after several uses, just add a few drops of water and it will revert back to the consistency to easily scoop it out.
