I should start by saying I have a gout flareup maybe a few times a year and my most recent flareup lasted nearly 3 weeks. After that incident, I thought I would give this product a try instead of going on a longer-term medication which I wasn’t sure was the right fit for me. I’ve been taking this supplement daily for nearly a month without another flareup. I’m sure some of my relief is due to some dietary changes (eating less red meat in particular), but I’m also seeing/feeling less swelling and more flexibility in the joints where I suffer the most pain during a flareup (the first joint in my big toes).
It may be too early to say how well this supplement works long term, but personally, I think I’m seeing some benefits as a daily supplement. I would encourage anyone suffering with gout and that generally avoid “problem foods” but still have the occasional flareup to try this supplement out for themselves and see how it works.

NutriGout seems to work. I’ve had gout bouts for about 15 years since I was in my 30’s. I’m pretty careful with my diet, my daily hydration, exercise and don’t drink alcohol anymore. About once a year I get a bad bout of gout. This last fall was one of the worst. Attack occurred in my right ankle and a little bit in my left wrist. So bad I was using crutches to get around. I work for myself and farm so sick days are not an option. Gout pain was in my right ankle bad for about 4 weeks, although severe pain with crutches was only about 1.5 to 2 weeks. I used up my indomethacin prescription and was willing to try anything. (Indomethacin messes with my brain, I’d be happy if I never had to take this again.) If you’re an experienced gouter, you’ll know what it feels like to be desperate and willing to try anything. I ended up ordering and trying out the Nutri-Gout. Starting taking towards the tail end of the gout bout but still plenty of pain in the ankle. Took nutrigout twice per day. Pain seemed to dissipate in about 4 to 5 days. Switched to 1 pill a day once the pain went away. I also take some cherry pills and drink apple cider vinegar with water and/or cherry juice concentrate in the AM and PM. And always watch my diet and no alcohol. Last week, I had a pain in my left big toe and it felt like gout coming on so I upped the pills to two nutrigouts a day. Gout never materialized. I guess bottom line is that if you’re desperate, give this a try and see if it works for you. I’m going to stick with it. The recipe guide provided with the pills is a bonus, although I haven’t specifically tried the recipes yet, I’ve taken away some good information. Good luck!

I keep a bottle at work and at home. I take one to two pills when I feel a gout attack setting in. I have figured out most things that trigger my gout and if I feel that pain starting I take greater care with diet, push more water, and take 1 or 2 capsules at a time. Usually some relief in a couple of hours and almost all better by next day. This is not a pain medication and you should not expect it to work as such. It is not a magic pill that will let you eat or drink what you want and cure gout. If you are expecting that, then this is not for you.

I am on my 2nd bottle of Nutri Gout, and have not had a reoccurence of my gout since I started taking 2 pills per day, one in morning and one at night. When I first started taking it, for about 3 weeks, I was taking only 1 pill per day, then I started getting another gout attack, I immediately took my gout meds from my doctor, and upped this pill to 2 per day. The mild gout attack went away quickly and that has been a while back, with so far, no more gout. I will continue taking 2 per day for prevention.

Few weeks ago I have gout in my right foot very bad. This acid cleaner supplement do not help when you inflammation, but help to prevent gout. I have to go the doctor for a steroid shot for the pain, and inflammation.
