Delicious, I first tried it using a protein shaker and some coconut milk to get an overall base taste of the product, and it definitely has an awesome pineapple flavor, next I tried it as a smoothie adding some vanilla ice cream, coconut milk, ice cubes, blueberries and blending it which resulted in a near perfect protein drink concoction, again very delicious and enjoyable to drink, I like that this protein powder is 3rd party tested, made in a GMP facility, non-gmo, gluten-free, and is made and quality tested in the USA, ultimately I recommend, so far it has agreed with me perfectly with no side effects, and it provides 25g of protein!.
It comes in a 2 lb large container with a resealable lid, a scoop is also provided for easy serving measurements, the serving size is 1 scoop and the container will provide 26 servings, the whey source is whey protein concentrate (instatized), it uses natural flavors, and is naturally colored using beta-carotene, however it does contain sucralose a commonly used artificial sweetener.

I’ll come out and admit it: I’m always a fan of pineapple. I’ll often get a pineapple and slice it up to eat for snacks. So this pineapple flavored protein powder is definitely in my zone and I like it.
I almost always mix my protein powders with plain water and this does very well that way. It easily dissolves. No complaints.

The pineapple flavor is a refreshing change from the usual parade of chocolate and vanilla protein powders. It tastes like pineapple, but there is also an unidentifiable background taste that takes away from it a little bit. It mixes with water quite easily.
In terms of nutrition, the protein to serving size ratio is 71%, not as high as some other whey protein powders. Sodium is a bit high at 220mg, as is cholesterol at 75mg. The fat and cholesterol content is likely a result of using whey protein concentrate. The ingredient list is fairly innocuous, although sucralose is included.
Price is pretty average. The packaging indicates that this product is made in a GMP facility and is third party tested, which are pluses for me.
Four out of five stars. The knocks are a pineapple flavor that isn’t 100% dialed in and the high salt content.

This is by far the best tasting nutricost product I’ve tried. While none have been bad, most are fairly average in flavor. They definitely seem to be going for value, not flavor in genral. But this is really delciious. It tastes like a pineapple hard candy mixed into cream.
It blends amazing without any weird fluffy textuers and doesn’t clumb at all.
I nearly gulped this down I enjoyed it so much. It ranks up there in some of the better protein flavors I’ve had which makes this a much better bang for the buck as it not only counts as a protein source but it counts as a delicious drink you’ll look forward to and will curb cravings for similar things most of the day.
The product of course has a good profile, nutricost always does. It’s a lean protein shake, which is pretty common these days, but they somehow made it extra creamy regardless.

This is the best tasting protein powder I’ve had- a clean, light, pineapple flavor. The splenda doesn’t hit me until the aftertaste, and unfortunately seems to be a migraine trigger for me. I think it’s worth trying again later, though. For most people who can have sucralose without issue, it seems to be a great product!

I’ve never had this flavor of whey protein before, but I like it as an alternative to your regular vanilla, chocolate, or cookie flavors.
At 600 total grams of protein for a little under 30 bucks, I’d say it’s a pretty good value. Definitely tastes better than other comparably priced whey proteins I have tried, though it doesn’t taste as good as some of the pricier grass-fed whey proteins.
Also be warned that this does contain peanut as an ingredient, which I didn’t really expect.
