Nutricost Grass Fed Whey Protein Isolate is an excellent product. When it says Unflavored, it means Unflavored. There is no taste at all. So blend it in with your favorite smoothie, for example. It is really a smooth powder and mixes very well. The ratio for me is one part whey protein isolate with four parts hemp hearts protein, plus whatever creative ingredients I wish to add. It always comes out really creamy with a very nice texture. I am trying to increase my muscle mass, so I guess it would be better if I used more whey and less hemp, but it WILL happen anyway; it will just take more time for that goal to be met since I am careful about not too much dairy (people’s needs vary, of course). And the price is very fair. The only ingredients are whey protein and sunflower lecithin, and that is way cool!

Good value for money. I’ve been taking it all the time and the taste is a bit bland but I like that its not too sweet like the others I had before but it works. I would recommend it.

I have been trying for a long time to find a protein powder that doesn’t effect my stomach or give me brain fog. What interested me the most in trying this particular powder is the fact that it was not only third party tested but the fact that it only has two ingredients. I don’t have to mix it with anything else to mask the after taste because to me there is no chalky taste. I have blended blueberries than stirred in the protein powder and it is very good but most of the time I drink it without adding anything. It dissolves very quickly. The key for me is to either stir or lightly tip a shaker cup back and forth so that it doesn’t get a lot of thick foam which happens with heavy shaking and in a blender. I have used it for pre & post workout as well as a substitute for a meal. I am so pleased that I am able to finally get more protein in my body without any side effects.

I bought this whey based on Consumer Lab’s testing and reporting – this was their “best pick” and it lives up to the rep. Dissolves readily and the taste is mildly milky. I’ll be buying this one again. BTW, Consumer Lab says whey is the best “all around” protein supplement for building and maintaining muscle (and for general purposes), since it has plenty of branched chain amino acids (which, BTW, are not found in collagen protein).

This protein powder is versatile. I’ve used it in a variety of recipes: protein breads, smoothies, sauces, and other dishes. There are no artificial sweeteners, so you can control the taste and use the sweetener of your choice. There is no annoying clumping or grittiness. It mixes smoothly! It keeps you full, which is another added bonus. I also like that this is a grass fed protein powder, the quality is great. Overall, this is an excellent protein powder for an affordable price.

This is a great quality protein with clean ingredients that’s sweetened with stevia, as I prefer. I do think the chocolate variety is too sweet, though, so I mix it with the unflavored whey. One important note is that the scooper included Is not equal to the serving size; it really should say “very heaping” scoop. I always recommend weighing new protein powders with a kitchen scale to have a better idea of the serving sizes.

This is a great product and the price was great. Unflavored has less unneeded junk in it and more servings. To me a protein supplement is a tool and not a treat. To me, this is the best protein supplement I have used.

We have bought many different types of protein and many different flavors. This flavor of chocolate is so good. Not bland or grainy. Mixes well and no gross after taste. My son loves it and would definitely buy again!
