my skin looks firmer since I started taking this. I still have wrinkles bur I don’t look dry and as tired anymore. it took a while before I see results, maybe after almost a month. it does help but needs consistency of usage. it is also easy to take because it is soft gels

I’ve been using the Nutricost Ubiquinol Softgels for a few months, and they’ve been fantastic. The 100mg dosage is perfect for my needs, and with 240 softgels, the value for the price is unbeatable.

Although I haven’t taken “Ubiguinol” in the past my plan is to take 1 softgel of this nutricost product for the next 120 days until I have completed the container and see what kind of an affect it has on my system. Basically, Ubiquinol is an enhanced form of Q-10 (CoQ10) and may be a better form of this supplement for some folks. According to nutritionists it is a more refined active form of ubiquinone and could be better for supporting energy production since as we age our levels begin to decrease beginning around the age of 20 and our body has a harder time with the conversion process.
A good starting place in regard to dosage is 100mg a day, which this nutricost supplement provides, and is made with “Kaneka” Ubiquinol. It is packaged and quality tested in the USA, made with globally sourced ingredients, non-GMO and gluten free. *Note – am giving this a 4-star rating at this time as I have yet to take it and am without another product/brand to compare it with.

I used to get the rash like bumps on my upper arms for years! I work out and eat well, and I would still get them. This is the only thing that has made my rash go away. I’m guessing it was the poor circulation in my skin. Great product to help with low COQ10
