As with many people my age (early 20s), I walked into the pitfall of buying this product in hopes that it would increase the concentration of testosterone in my blood, in order to improve workouts, mood, etc. Now whether it achieved this goal or not is hard to say, because sometimes 200-300ng/dL increases in test aren’t tangible enough to be able to judge without bloodwork, but I can say I certainly didn’t feel any different day to day. My mood was the same, energy was the same (although energy was never really my issue) and performance in the gym was pretty much the same. My days are quite repetitive at the moment, so there isn’t much room for confounding factors. The only effect that I found came from this product, to my surprise, was mild hair loss, which I seem to have reversed in stopping the use of this product, thankfully. Now, do I think this supplement/tongkat Ali is bunk? Not necessarily. Do I think it’s an effective performance booster for a younger healthy male? Likely not, at least not in most cases. If one was hypogonadal, the story may be different. If you’re older and having problems with libido, muscle growth, etc, it may be worth looking into the literature to make your own decision. But for now, I’m going to seek out other options that let me keep my hairline. The company is great btw, love nutricost <3

Was not expecting much. For reference I’m 49 and in decent shape. I don’t think I have super low T but at my age anyone could use a boost.
This is purely anecdotal obviously. I have no idea if it actually affected my T BUT I absolutely noticed a difference in running and gym performance. I wouldn’t say it made me feel stronger it just made me feel better/ more into it, more intense. I am extremely skeptical about supplements but for a low cost I I figured why not try.
I feel a noticeable positive change in my mood. Nothing miraculous but noticeable and I think it probably positively affected my body in sensitive areas. Again nothing miraculous but I noticed a slight improvement. Like 90% of what it used to be instead of say 80% without it. It’s worth the price imo to give it shot and this company has been consistently reliable in terms of quality of every supplement I’ve tried of theirs so far

Worked good at first with stinging nettle boron and tonkat. Tonkat gave me that boost for sure but then I think I built a tolerance from it, been taking it for a year or more very often and I think my body doesn’t get the boost from it anymore so I’ll cycle off of it for a bit and try to get back on.
