This is a great source of magnesium which is said to cross the blood-brain barrier which other types of magnesium are very poor at doing. This supplies the brain with this vital nutrient. The caps are medium large but not difficult to swallow. If you want to supplement with magnesium this is an excellent way to do it.

I take this formulation of magnesium to help with getting restful sleep. It seems to help. I think the ourchase is worth it, because it has the Magtein version of magnesium.

I find these capsules are an excellent source of bioavailable magnesium L-threonate. They are easy to swallow, tasteless nd produce no aftertaste. In my opinion, they are much more economical to purchase than many other brands. A very good value.

So, I was on the hunt for a magnesium supplement that could give my brain a boost and help me sleep better, I stumbled upon this magnesium and got really interested in the whole crossing the blood brain barrier thing, figured it was worth a shot, and so far I’m pretty happy with this stuff, it has definitely helped me to sleep better and my head feels a bit clearer throughout the day, and you get a solid dose of magnesium per serving, and for the price you can’t ask for more.

I take Magnesium daily as a supplement. I find it beneficial for relieving night leg cramps, helping to relax and sleep, as well as providing necessary metabolic and neural health functions and support.
This product arrived with a shrink wrap over the cap, and a tamper-evident seal under the cap. There was minor powder residue in the bottle, but all the capsules seemed whole and complete.
Capsules are mid-sized, but easy to swallow.
The suggested dose is three capsules per day, my routine is to take two: one in the a.m. and one in the p.m. with food.

I really like magnesium threonate to help me sleep better at night. I wake up less often and feel like I get a deeper sleep when I take it. This seems like a quality product: I like that it is USA made in a GMP compliant factory and that they perform third party testing.
Each serving is 3 capsules, which provides 2000 mg of magnesium threonate. Supposedly, this form of magnesium crosses into the brain better, but it is more expensive than other forms. There are 90 capsules per bottle. I find I can get by on 2 capsules and that works well for me. The capsules are a nice size–easy to swallow and no oder or taste to them. I recommend this product.

Solid product from a trusted brand. No problems taking and no adverse effects. I am generally not in favor of patented supplements, but the price per capsule is not excessive compared to a generic Magnesium L-Threonate.
