I have 1 scoop in 48oz , 2-3 times a day. The amount of flavoring is great – I have tried others where it’s way too strong. Additionally, it works great. I run daily and lift 2-3 times a week and have noticed a difference in endurance.

This seems to be a quality product, and at a good price. I take two scoops at least 30 mins before the gym. This helps with blood flow and reducing fatigue. I also take this at night to relax and sleep better. This basically tastes like powdered lemon, so it’s great to have with some pre workout or lemonade powder (like Mio). Otherwise, it’s just incredibly sour.

I still use this as my only preworkout drink when I need it. It does get hard if you leave sitting around for an extended period of time. Nothing you cant scrape out though.

Many of the other products and supplements that are sold on amazon are manufactured in China and even more of them are manufactured in china then “distributed” by a US seller. It’s your body and I don’t think you should skimp on a few bucks especially with something that you will be using most of the week if not every day of the week.
I take 6grams of this as part of my own preworkout mixture (recommended effective dose 4g of citrulline so 6g 2:1 c-malate). Definitely feel the pump substantially more than I did without taking the citrulline. There is no question in my mind after using this for 2 months that this is well made citrulline. Note that the taste of this is very sour. Mix it with some juice or aminos and you have a sour punch drink that tastes pretty good. Overall very happy with the purchase, quality, and effectiveness of the product and will be buying once I run out

I really have no idea what some of the negative reviews are about as I haven’t looked up what citrulline vs malate ratios mean. I have tried another brand in a yellow black bottle and I’ve had many preworkouts containing it and I can assure you this stuff is the real deal. To me this stuff is more noticeable than creatine making the workouts seem easier and that more work can be done. Great for yard work. What’s really really good is that if you take 2-4g about an hour before sex, you become super hard and can please your mate better, seriously. I never tell her when I take stuff and when I do she will say like “you’re so big today” which is always fun to hear 🙂 of course if I’m bigger it makes her seem tighter 🙂 tmi perhaps.
My issue, hence 4 stars is a little deception here. Most brands have 2g per serving, but this one has 3g which doesn’t mean anything and is only out to trick the gullible into thinking this brand is better. That’s not too bad, but I measured a level scoop on my accurate supplement scale and it came out to almost exactly 4.5g! There’s nothing harmful about taking to much of this stuff I don’t think, but it’s lame that the company is tricking people to use more than necessary so that they can sell more product when the user runs out. 2g is a fairly standard dose of this stuff and I’ve tried 4g, 6g and 8g before finding that anything above 4 is just waste and really above 2 isnt doing much more. It just means instead of getting 100 scoops you will secretly get 67 and have to buy again. But their price really can’t be beat, especially with the buy 2 items save 15%. This and their agmatine bought in 4 pack with coupon is cheaper than anywhere else I could order, even when quoting big 10 kilo bags, plus you get nice plastic tubs to use and reuse.
