    Got this little supplement as an appetite suppressant and it works wonders. 4/5 stars because there is a metallic taste/smell to the supplement that worsens the smell of stool and gas, but no physical discomfort from it. Overall it works great as a hold over when skipping meals or to feel full until you’re able to eat. Noticed no difference in overall food consumption when taken before eating, I didn’t feel any fuller faster or not want to eat as much but on it’s own I don’t seem to get hungry as often. Overall I do plan to purchase again.

    I should’ve never listen to my brother when I bought this. Because this dietary supplement has side effects, such as bloating, diarrhea, constipation.

    The national library of medicine Did a study. over 8 weeks were well tolerated but did not promote weight loss or significantly alter body composition, hunger/fullness, or lipid and glucose parameters. of this type of dietary supplement I would not recommend anyone buying this product whatsoever. A lot of these dietary supplements, even though they say that they are third-party, tested and whatever else a lot of them are not going through the actual process that they should be going through like the FDA. I would not trust these dietary supplements at all, because I’ve done this in the past with different things and none of them work at all. There’s absolutely no scientific evidence that this type of pill actually works. I’m gonna get my money back I’m really disappointed and I’m really disappointed that my brother made me waste money on this before. I actually looked this up on actual scientific basis they used to give this to farm animals to fat them up.

    国内のモノと比べ数倍の量が1カプセルに入ってるので、満腹感も抜群。

    私は一気に飲むよりかは、昼から午後にかけて3回コップ1杯と一緒に飲んでます。

    So I took one (1) with a lot of water before my meal and it did nothing, like nothing at all, if I could eat a horse and a cow, I would because I was still hungry. When I took the recommend amount for a day, which is three (3)before a meal, it worked, but I exceeded my daily allowance for the day at that moment. It only worked for me when I took all the three (3) that your allowed to take for the day in one sitting, after that you shouldn’t exceed the recommended amount which is why I give it 3 stars.

    I have only been taking these for like 2 or 3 weeks but I have certainly felt that difference so far! I thought this would be similar to chia seeds, but it is much more effective. I follow the dosage it recommends and take 1 30 minutes to an hour before eating and drink 28oz with it and I feel SO FULL. I certainly will keep taking this until I lose the weight I desire because I have alway struggled with over eating and this has helped me stay in my recommended caloric intake and stay in a calorie deficit without feeling hungry at the end of the day or like I need to eat something more 🙂
