I don’t know yet whether this is helping, since I just started taking it. However, I like this brand generally, and I am very happy that their version doesn’t contain magnesium stearate (which I have found raises my blood pressure). It is hard to find supplements that don’t contain it as a filler.

These fisten supplements were easy to swallow, seemed a good value for the money and the brand seems good quality. I noticed no difference in the way I felt after taking the entire bottle, so I won’t be purchasing again.

I’ve bought Nutricost supplements before in the past. In fact, I’m using their Mg+ citrate product that I bought with my own money. However, I’m much more wary now of what supplements I buy, and where, ever since:
1) Amazon notified me that a Bausch and Lomb product I bought was a counterfeit and to throw it away (I was re-imbursed).
2) Supplements are not FDA regulated, and who knows what you’re actually ingesting.
It’s for these reasons, you should be very wary of what supplement manufacturer you are buying supplements from. Here’s what you should look for:
1) Is it on the NSF Certified Supplements list? Go to their website and find out.
2) Check the manufacturer’s website. Does it look like a long established company with a well designed website? Or does it look like a fly-by-night operation. I’ve seen supplement manufacturer’s who had listed websites that went to an un-parked domain. Yeah, talk about sheisty.
3) Is it a ConsumerLab reviewed? Don’t have access? Find forums that may and see what they are saying about the company. Reddit is a good resource for this.
4) Check the label on the product. Does it claim to be GMP certified, i.e., made in a GMP facility? Does it have NSF badging?
These are some of the most important things to look for. For this product, Nutricost is a well known brand that has been tested quite frequently and often passed ConsumerLabs testing. I buy products from them, and I trust the brand. However, for this particular supplement, I can’t say with exact certainty of how pure it is or if it contains fisetin. I don’t have an actual ConsumerLabs account, and I don’t know if they tested this product out before. I can’t also tell if it’s working, since I have never tried fisetin before. But, I would recommend the brand, and it is worth a try.

I take a battery of supplements and have added this one. I can’t prove if it is doing anything extra, but I believe it’s helping. It’s inexpensive and taken with tumeric and milk thistle is hopefully keeping things moving.
