I don’t know if this product does anything good or bad for me but some internet article says it’s good for me so I buy it along with a hoard of other supplements that are supposed to be good for me. This supplement has to be good. Anything with Sperm in its name has to be good for me. I know sperm keeps a smile on my face and that’s important as I get older and sperm production and acquisition are more difficult than it was a half century ago.

I have been taking spermadine for a few months and what I notice most is an increase in my hair growth. I know many people report other anti-aging benefits for women as well as men but I’ve been impressed that it has helped more than anything else I’ve tried for regrowing my hair.
I usually take 10 mg of spermidine in a single capsule and this comes as 3 capsules of 5 mg each. That makes dosing really flexible. Since we are all different sizes, some of us will need more than others. If you feel like a smaller dose is better, you can adjust to fit your needs. I also like that this allows those that are new to spermidine to start off on a lower dose while they see how their body adjusts.
Two specific notes on this brand:
1) Since spermidine comes from wheat germ, that is always a concern for those of us that use it. I really like that this declares it is gluten free and that I haven’t felt any contamination from the gluten.
2) The other brands of spermidine I have tried have been white while this one is brown inside. I don’t know that it is significant, but thought I’d mention it to anyone who cares. It seems like it may be less refined, which would concern me because of the gluten except for the fact that I am having no gluten reaction.
Since Nutricost does third-party testing, I feel like I can use it without being too concerned about contamination. It gives me peace of mind knowing they are a reputable brand that I can trust.

I can’t rally say how much spermidine wheat germ works in general, but these pills are pretty much exactly like others I’ve tried in shape and the looks of it’s content. I’ve had no noticeable bad effects from using it. If anything I’d say I do sleep a bit better when taking wheat germ in general, including these.
The main downside is the price. The price for this wheat germ in general is pretty high, but this particular product seems to be amongst the higher ones. So while the product itself seems fine, and it’s by a vendor I consider fairly reputable, I’d try to get it on sale or consider a cheaper brand.

This product has been very helpful. I suffer from several stomach issues but have felt my digestion improve over the last months while using it. It is also priced very competitively. I highly recommend it!
