This container has 20 stick packs, with each one meant to dissolve in 16 oz of water. It dissolved easily in a cup with just a quick stir, and didn’t have any leftover clumps in it. The taste is like a grape sports drink, it reminded me of the stick packs for propel or gatorade in flavor. It wasn’t overly sweet, but more importantly, did not taste watered down. These premeasured packets also make it really easy to throw in a bag for later to mix with a standard bottle of water. Good for a little energy boost mid day or pre-workout that won’t leave you overly hyped up like some other energy drinks.

I was worried that I would not enjoy the flavor of this supplement, but I find it surprisingly tasty! The grape flavor reminded me of a grape popsicle or soda and I really enjoy it. I typically use 1 pouch in the afternoon with cold water while I am at work. I do prefer it with some extra water to mellow out the extra sweetness. I find it really helps me push through the rest of the work day and I am able to stay focused and on task. I love that this sugar-free energy drink doesn’t make me crash or make me feel jittery from too much caffeine. This energy drink is a bit expensive, but the quality has me hooked and I will be back to buy more!
There are 20 individual packets inside the tub. They are individually sealed and easy to take with you and leave the tub at home. I love the natural ingredients and the quality supplements inside. The flavor is good and I have not experienced any negative side effects while taking this. I would recommend you give it a try to see if you like it as a more natural way of boosting your energy.

If you need a grapalicious zip to get your morning started, look no further! This powder dissolves easily into a flavorful drink. I do wish the opening on the packets was larger as it takes a long time to pour. I prefer to snip the top off with scissors because of this. As someone who has moderate amounts of caffeine on occasion, this is plenty strong enough to get me going. Those who have tons of energy drinks all the time may not feel the same way. I appreciate that this formulation does not give me the jittery, on edge feeling that a lot of energy drinks do. Five stars.

On a blistering hot day, it kept me energized for the late morning as an alternative to coffee. It was also great to add to my trip to the gym, giving me just enough extra to power through the last 15 minutes. The 100g caffeine is about a big cup of coffee or a couple cups of green tea. Adding some other ingredients like the taurine, B vitamins, L-theanine, might have helped. But the jury is still out there.
The flavor is good like uncarbonated grape soda when following the recommended 16 oz. I added some more because I don’t like it too sweet and my water bottle is 22 oz and I thought it was perfect. There’s no real sugar, and to me the sucralose did not leave an aftertaste, so they did a good job masking it. Sucralose is the only non-natural ingredient and I have not had any gastrointestinal issues. So take note and see if this energy drink powder is for you. I really like the individual packets, so I can take it with me when I want to flavor my water while on the go. 20 sachets from a trusted brand isn’t too bad.

I wanted to love these. I am always on the hunt for a quality pre-workout that will provide a little boost of energy before I crank out my 10K steps/day on the treadmill. These have a moderate amount of caffeine but not enough to give you the shakes. The stick form is convenient for takinig these to the gym because you can dump one packet into a water bottle, give it a vigorous shake and you have something tasty to drink which hydrates you and provides some quickly accessible energy. I like the grape flavor – it’s one of my favorites – when it’s done right.
My only complaint is not minor, however. I wish these contained a very modest amount of cane sugar instead of sucralose. I do not like any of the “new” low calorie sweeteners (whether chemical ones, like sucralose, or natural ones like stevia). I just like plain old sugar. Yes, I know everyone’s trying to cut calories and “go keto” so we get a lot of products on the market with sucralose/stevia and they’re hard to avoid especially since this ingredient is almost always deeply hidden in the ingredients list.
So, I’m knocking off a star for the fake sweetener, but otherwise these are quite good. If only…oh well.

This energy drink powder tastes good. I added it to a bottle of water and shook it up a bit. It dissolved quickly and completely. I drank it late morning and I didn’t feel sleepy in the afternoon, as I sometimes do. It is made and quality tested in the USA. I like that it comes in packets, because they are easy to carry in your bag or purse.

I love these type of energy drinks that come in packets, so are portable for use wherever you might be when you need a slight pick-me-up. This does provide that, with 100 mg. of natural caffeine.
I usually love a grape flavor, and this is pretty good, but does have a slight aftertaste from the Sucralose that is added. At least it’s not Stevia, which I find absolutely unpalatable.
But this is very expensive for what you get. I buy packets of a very similar drink at my local grocery, where I get a pack of 6 for just $1.25.
It also should be noted that this must be SHAKEN in order to get it to dissolve well. You need to put this in a bottle with a lid and shake vigorously to dissolve it all.
Overall, this is OK. I do like a good energy boost, and this provides that. But beware, you can get the same thing for much less money if you shop around.
