I’m really liking the Nutricost Energy Complex stickpacks, fruit punch flavor. You get 20 in the tub, and the flavor is a really good fruit punch flavor with just enough citrus to make it tasty for me. Sometimes you get these no sugar drinks and they are just bland in flavor, but that’s not the case with these. I like that they don’t have artificial dyes. These mix well in water, no clumping or granules left to float in the bottom of your cup undissolved. It is very powdery rather than granular so make sure you shake the pack down before opening it or else it will puff all over. For the price of just a bit over a dollar per drink once you mix a pack with water, I feel these are an affordable way to get a boost of energy and something tasty, as compared to some already made up energy drinks in the can that can run a few dollars a piece. I did not have any negative effects after drinking these. Would buy again.

As someone with a fairly low tolerance to caffeine, this product is enough to get me going without giving me the jitters that stronger formulations often do. The taste is great — simply add to water and stir. I think the opening on each packet is so tiny that I prefer to cut them with scissors rather than using the perforated opening. These are super convenient to pack in your lunch or keep on hand while on the go if you are in need of a burst of energy.

I receive quite a bit of energy off of one packet. I feel energized for at least 6 hours after drinking the mix. The flavor is very good, and it actually tastes like fruit punch. It seems to mix well with little to no sediment left on the bottom. You just have to give it a good shake after you’ve added it to the water. One packet is the perfect amount for a standard sized water bottle. I do not get the jitters after drinking this. I have found that naturally caffeinated drinks, such as this one, is best for me. I also like that it has zero sugar and includes B-Vitamin complex. These drink packets are delicious, effective, and convenient.

I love most of the ingredients in Nutricost’s Energy powder sticks. The individual packets are convenient to carry with me. The powder dissolves easily into 16 oz of water. In addition to caffeine, it has B vitamins, as well as taurine, l-theanine, and other helpful supplements. I don’t get the jitters after drinking it. I do feel more focused and energetic. I like the fruit punch flavor, but I wish it did not have sucralose. I like that it’s third-party tested and made in a GMP-certified facility.

I don’t normally feel energy from standard caffeinated drinks, so I didn’t have high hopes for this but figured I’d give it a shot anyway. I’m so glad I did!
This stuff works great for my mood and my energy. It also tastes like a fun fruity drink – I mix it in a 24 oz tumbler with cold water and ice. It mixes up well (doesn’t clump or seem gritty). Great product. I’ll be buying more for sure!

I am usually very cautious with energy drinks because they tend to not do much other than make it impossible for me to sleep at night. Well, then I decided to go back to school and now it’s somewhat of a necessity. I appreciate that these come in a canister and not a box. I’m not sure why- but anytime I get this kind of packet in a box, it ends up getting hard and clumpy and hard to dissolve. These were not hard or clumpy and dissolved very easily. The best part is that they actually taste really good. No strange aftertastes. Just a fruit punch with a gentle kick. I was thankful that I didn’t feel jittery at all and had no problem going to sleep after a long day of work and class at night. I am really liking these!

Energy is written big on the label and they were not kidding
100 milligrams of natural caffeine from a tea in every stick.
And, among other things, 100 mg of theanine.
Caffeine supplementation wifh theanine i have come to learn is a good combination.
I will use this up.
