I’ve been trying Nutricost’s DHM for about three weeks now without adverse effects. The capsules are larger than average, but easy enough to get down. Great value!

This supplement comes in medium-size, white capsules with a slightly herbal scent. No issues swallowing or taste.
Interestingly, I did a little dive into the plant ingredient and found out that the plant was moved out of the Ampelopsis genus and is now “Nekemias grossedentata”
I am not sure if I felt any kind of effect from this supplement, but it’s possible I may have been worse off the morning after I took it if I had not taken it. But if you are seeking DHM specifically, this is an economical way to grab some.

This is an antioxidant flavonoid, derived from the Japanese Raisin tree, and is marketed as a “hangover cure”, but it is so much more according to some resources I’ve read. I have tolerated it well, and will keep taking it to help with performance, oxidative stress, and to help ease my brain. It is a single ingredient product and is a 3 month supply taken as recommended, once a day. So I take it in the morning with my other supplements.

I had to Google what DHM (Dihydromyricetin) and what it is supposed to do for you but once I looked it up, it sounded really promising. However, it’s one of those supplements that might be helping, but you can’t really tell any difference so it’s hard to say if it’s worth it or not. I do love Nutricost products and I have purchased many of them over the years. They are quality products and the price is great for a 3 month supply.

I take this supplement as directed: one per drink.
Lately it seems that just a single drink leaves me feeling it the next day, but not when I use this supplement.
More importantly I am intrigued that dhm may help the liver itself. While researching I was unable to find any evidence of known negative side effects.
