I’ve been taking D-Mannose for about two years now, and I’ve seen great improvements in my health. I typically take a 2,100 mg supplement, but I decided to try these even though they’re at 1,300 mg because they have the addition of cranberry extract.
These supplements come packaged well, with both a deal on the neck of the bottle plus a pressure seal inside the bottle. The capsules are light pink and of average size for this type of supplement. A serving is 3 capsules.
As I am not a medical professional, I can’t speak for the longterm effects of any supplement, and I can’t speak for how these will work for anyone else. I did personally notice that these supplements gave me bubble guts. But I’m also quite sensitive to some types of vegetable cellulose, so this might not be the case for everyone.

I really like this brand. I’ve tried their loose d-mannose powder in a jar and I have to say I really prefer that to these capsules. For some reason these did not work as well for me, though I did think they worked somewhat. I also find that cranberry can irritate my stomach, whereas d-mannose does not, so I prefer to just have the d-mannose on its own.

D-mannose is a staple for any signs of a UTI and the added cranberry extract seals the deal. Yes, d-mannose, a simple sugar, that is not sweet, derived from the birch tree, it is tasteless and odorless, but it has a remarkable effect on 90% of UTI’s due to it’s ability to support a healthy urinary tract system. I love the fact that this particular product has included a nice amount of cranberry extract…. with the key being it’s a powerful extract, meaning it’s concentrated, for better effect, as I understand it. A 50 to 1 extract is a seriously powerful ratio. Great product and it’s made in the USA, which is a must for me nowadays.

I’ve been taking these supplements for a few days and so far so good. There isn’t much of a taste or smell. The capsules or medium-large, but not too large and are easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any stomach upset or side effects, however the service size is 3 capsules. If you are sensitive to supplements, you can take fewer supplements or space them out.

These capsules have 1300 mg of D-Mannose combined with 500 mg of cranberry extract which are supposed to be good for bladder health. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste. The only bummer is that to get the suggested serving listed on the bottle, you have to take 3 of the capsules instead of one so the bottle of 90 capsules will last about a month. I haven’t taken them for very long but so far have not experience any adverse side effects.
