It is recommended to start taking collagen after 30. This is a powder formed and water soluble collagen. Also contains protein and iron. It can be mixed with any drink or milk. Each serving contains 11g collagen, which is sufficient for daily collagen need. It has clean ingredient and good labels-Non GMO. In terms of taste, it mixes well with water and milk . No strange aftertaste. I recommend this and will use it in the future.

This 1lb tub of chocolate peanut butter flavored collagen peptides makes for a good way to supplement what you need. The flavor is pretty off from what I’d expect chocolate peanut butter water would taste like. Other than the weird flavor, I’ve had no issues with this product

I hadn’t tried collagen powders before do i went with a flavored one that would hopefully cancel out any taste the collagen itself had. I got a slight aftertaste of something that wasn’t chocolate or “PB” but it was easily covered with a chocolate protein.powder and addition of a banana.

Nutricost Collagen Peptides (Chocolate Peanut Butter Flavored) 1 LB – Grass-Fed Collagen is a tasty way to boost the collagen and protein content of my protein shakes. I’ve been taking powdered collagen for 10+ years and I feel it has given me better skin, hair and nails as I reach my 6th decade. I usually get unflavored collagen for my coffee but this chocolate peanut butter flavor is amazing in my morning protein shake. It’s sweetened with stevia so no sugar crash and has limited ingredients beyond the collagen, cocoa, peanut flour and Himalayan rock salt. With 11g of protein for 60 calories, this is an all around winning product for those who want to up their protein intake without a lot of fuss.

This is the same “chocolate PB” flavor used in Nutricost’s whey protein, so if you like that, you’ll probably like this as well. It does definitely have that distinctive collagen flavor though, so if you’re not a fan, you may want to mix it into a smoothie or something.
It’s worth noting that this is, for the most part, just collagen. If you want a more complete protein, you’ll probably want to take this with aminos. If you want to get the full effects of the collagen peptides, you’ll also want to eat something with a high bio-availability of vitamin C to boost your own natural collagen production, as well as taking a supplement containing zinc, to ensure that you’re absorbing a good amount of the vitamin.

Made in US. Generous expiration date. Cellophane wrap around cap and safety seal under cap. Good ingredients. I really like the taste but am not so much a fan of trying to get it to completely dissolve. Better in hot liquid than cold. Price is reasonable and I’d consider getting this one again.

taste like a Reeses candy but not too sweet. rich texture that dissolves well. can be used in many ways other than shaking it up with plain water. we love it in our mourning protein shakes but works great with different mediums.
