I use these Vegan capsules to fill with powder to take a supplement more easily. I chose these as the non-vegan ones use animal-based products and as a vegetarian, I’d just rather not.
This was my first time trying to do this, so I wasn’t sure how or if it would work. Surprisingly, it isn’t too difficult (once you find the right tools).
The capsules pull apart easily, are sturdy enough to fill easily and put back together without breaking or ripping.
They are not too large to swallow and fit nicely in a medium sized pill bottle.
This bag is huge with 500 empty capsules, so it’s taking a while to go through them, but I’d definitely use this brand again.

These 00 size capsules are great.
They arrive vacuum sealed in the zip lock type bag that I show in my pictures as well as what is in their listing pictures.
The capsules are a nice size, not to small and not to big to make them hard to swallow. We are using them to put supplements in, such as turmeric. As some of us don’t like the taste of it instead of just putting it on foods. Filling them isn’t easy but it’s not bad. There is an expiration date on the bag which gives two years but I don’t think these would really expire unless you got them wet.
Overall, great capsules that are easy to fill and swallow. I wish there was more information on what each capsule size meant but these are a good size.

I prefer plant-based capsules because I want to avoid gelatin that’s bovine sourced (as most are). I wouldn’t mind porcine sourced, but I haven’t been able to find any that are.
The capsules come together so you don’t have to fish around in the bag for tops and bottoms.
They come in a resealable plastid bag, but once opened I prefer to store them in glass jars with a dessiccant pack as well as vacuum sealing to keep out air.
I use The Capsule Machine to fill mine. These fit and work fine in that apparatus.

I get these Nutricost Vegan empty large size capsules to take Shilajit liquid (this stuff taste nasty by itself!). I drop the liquid into one of these capsules and quicky swallow it down. It works well for my need.
These capsules are vegan friendly, they are animal-free. Kosher and Halal certified.

I’ve been using 00 caps in my little pill filling machine for years to fill with various supplements and herbs. This is the first time I’ve tried plant based caps, and they work exactly as my old ones, but don’t have the funky smell some of the gelatin caps can have, and being plant based is just a little more responsible, I think.
The price being comparable makes these a no-brainer.

I don’t have a filler but these work great to just scoop some of my greens powder up into. I hate the taste of the powder but love the health benefit it gives me, so these capsules work great for that and give a good amount of the greens per pill.
