I mixed one packet with 12oz of water and it tasted really good a little to sweet but it recommends mixing with 8-16oz of water. If you want it real sweet use 8oz or mix with 16oz for it to be less sweet. It comes with four flavors green apple, peach mango and raspberry lemonade. These are individually packaged so great for hiking or gym just mix with water and stay hydrated.

All the flavors are amazing, ranging from the fruity punch to the zesty raspberry lemonade. If you enjoy hydration powders, these are both tasty and revitalizing.
Moreover, the supplement dissolves effortlessly and leaves no residue in the bottle. Typically, I combine 1 scoop of this supplement with 16 to 24 ounces of water. I’m also fond of the fact that these BCAA sticks are compact and portable, making them ideal for on-the-go consumption.
Hydrating while I work out is both convenient and invigorating, and I value the robust flavor that you can add water to. I observed that during my workout, it efficiently reduced the time between sets and is comparable to other supplements I have tried in this area.
Overall, I am highly impressed with Nutricost BCAA + Hydration Powders and all their products have left a positive impression on me, except for one.

This is a four flavor variety pack of BCAA hydration drink mixes. It comes in little premeasured packets. All of the flavors are very good, with fruit punch standing out as my favorite. It mixes well in water. The hydration helps when exercising, but BCAAs don’t really do anything without the rest of the EAAs needed to form protein. I like that they use GMP standards in manufacturing, so there’s low chance of contamination.

First Impressions: I noticed that the powder would float on top of the water when I pour it into my glass. A few quick stirs isn’t enough. It takes a vigorous stirring. However, once you stir it long enough, it blends completely with ZERO clumps. You don’t need a blending shaker, just a regular spoon.
Taste & Texture: Flavors — ALL GREAT!!!
- Fruit Punch: Similar to Hawaiian Punch. - Green Apple: Delicious! Almost like fresh apple juice. - Peach Mango: Very peachy, not overpowered by the mango. - Raspberry Lemonade: Sweet and tart. Yum.
Final Thoughts: I’ve tried all kinds of hydration powders. These are truly delicious and I totally recommend 5 stars.
