BCAAs are branch chain amino acids. They help with muscle recovery after strenuous workouts. These Nutricost BCAA’s are great to bring along to the gym. They also contain a hydration complex of coconut water powder, Himalayan salt, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium. The Berry Lemonade is super tasty and helps me stay hydrated. I really like the flavor and find it tastes like real lemonade. The powder is extremely sweet so I use 1/2 a packet in a 20oz shaker bottle to tone down the sweetness. I like to sip on this during my workouts, and it’s also good to have for recovery drink.
Be prepared for a big container when you open up the package. It takes up quite a bit of space on my countertop. The packets are filled to the brim, so be careful when opening them up because they might spill out of the slit.
Nutricost is an excellent trustworthy supplement brand. They manufacture their products in the USA using GMO-free ingredients and in a GMP-compliant facility. Since many dodgy supplements are on the market, these are important qualities to look for in a supplement brand.

Took it after my race so my muscle can recover. It’s too sweet so I prepare it with lots of water and ice and drink it slowly. I wasn’t as tired the following day and didn’t feel beat up from the race.

Love this as a recovery drink and to help with hydration. I love them to have during workouts or even on days when hydration may be a challenge (travel, errands, etc). These really help and I love that they’re portable.
Great flavor- on the sweet side though but not bad flavorwise. Overall, really impressed with this product.

Living in an area where summer temps can top 100, and being a runner, I’m always on the lookout for good electrolytes. This one tastes good and works well. The stick packs have a LOT of powder in them, though. I used one in my 12-oz runner’s water bottle and it was way too sweet. I will use about half the stick next time.

These BCAA sticks are so convenient! They’re easy to throw in a gym bag or purse. The sticks came in a double sealed tub. I mixed my stick with about 12oz of water and it was perfect- tart from the lemon but sweet from the raspberry- everything you want in a raspberry lemonade flavor. The powder dissolved fast in my shaker cup and I had no lumps or residue at the bottom of my cup. Highly recommend.

I’ve recently started working out again and I got this Nutricost BCAA+ hydration stickpacks to keep in the gym bag for a nice, quick after workout drink. I’m mostly pretty happy with these, though they could be a little better. They taste nice, not too sweet and doesn’t taste artificial like some others do. I feel more hydrated after drinking through one of these compared to regular water. They do take a little extra mixing though compared to other options I’ve tried, I usually still end up with a couple of clumps of powder here or there even after mixing vigorously. Not bad, just could be better.

I have used many products from this company and like the value added approach to good quality products.
This products is no exception to that. The flavor is good (though strong).I use a packet in a whole liter of water. It tastes good when diluted that much.
