These aren’t salty like most other hydration drink mixes i’ve had, they say they contain sucralose, but they don’t have that nasty bug-spray flavor i associate with sucralose – they’re just really tasty! they aren’t a “sour green apple” flavor, just a normal apple type flavor, but it’s really tasty. It said to mix with 8-16 oz of water, i found 16 oz to be better to me – it was way too strong at 8oz, which i think, since it means i get more water with each serving! Each packet is about 7g of bcaas which is more than i strictly need, but i figure i’ll drink this in rotation with other supplements so it should balance out.

Really like the separate packets. I just poured one into some water and was really impressed with the green apple taste. Felt rehydrated after using. Dissolves easily in water and convenient when in a hurry.

Personally I dont like green apple flavors and this applies to this as well. I have Raspberry lemonade and peach mango and I like those much more. BCAAs with a hydration complex which makes this a great post workout drink. Easy to mix and is portable due to the stixkpacks. Nutricost makes this a good value.

Great company with rigorously tested products. This BCAA powder is convenient in individual packets, ready to take to the gym. The green apple flavor is OK, but in enough water it doesn’t taste so strong. It comes in a sturdy container that is ready to set on the counter, ready to grab and go. It says it can be used for pre-workout as well as post workout. I have only used it for post workout and its very good for hydration.

ok so it dissolves well if you have it in the container than add water otherwise, I suggest a larger water bottle take a sip and add in the flavor mix and shake allot. The taste reminds of the sour apple jolly ranchers which honestly, I enjoy allot so this flavor mix is perfect for me. So if you don’t like just plain water check these out you might find another flavor you like also from this brand. I included a picture of the supplement fact sheet you can decide from there

This green apple drink mix takes a little bit of stirring to dissolve in water. If you let it sit for longer than 10 minutes, a white cloud will settle to the bottom of the glass. Stir it up again, and it tastes delicious! The flavor is reminiscent of a green apple Jolly Rancher, with a slight aftertaste. I felt rehydrated after drinking 20 ounces of water with a packet.

The directions say 8-16 ounces of water. I tried 8 first. I got a blast of green apple flavor that was a bit too intense for me. I added water to 16 ounces and it tastes like granny smith apples.
