It contains stevia which is really hard on my adrenals. I have adrenal fatigue caused by leaky gut so i need to be careful not to strain it any further.

Had this recommended by my excellent doctor who cured their own leaky gut with this. Just having such a hard time with the stevia which tastes way too sweet. I am a fan of stevia normally but here it is just too sweet and I avoid taking it which isn’t helping my leaky gut one itty bit!
Updating my review to say that I have been taking this 3 times a day, deciding to commit to getting my gut healthy. I think its working so will stick with it! I am learning that gut health is so important to every system in the body and for thyroid health too which I am working on. I can take a little grittiness and sweetness if it works and I believe it does! Try it!

This is not the same formula as previous Permavite I have bought tho the description on site has not changed. Does not work as well
