For anyone having pain after eating fats due to having no gall bladder, please try these capsules!! I had my gall bladder removed back in the mid-1970’s, and never had much trouble until about 7 years ago. Then I began having the most awful stomach pains after eating. They would last for 2 or 3 weeks, then maybe subside for a few days, then more pain. I went to my GP Dr. and he ran all kinds of tests and found nothing. He then sent me to a specialist, who also ran many tests – again nothing. I would search for info online, but found nothing that really sounded like what I was experiencing. Then months later, I read an medical article in the newspaper telling about the problems caused by eating fats without a gallbladder, and everything fit my problem. I searched to see what I could do for it and found a suggestion to use ox bile capsules. I have used many bottles of these since then and absolutely love them. I am in the process of buying extra ones to store in case of not being able to buy them at some future time. If I am eating over about 10 or 12 grams of fat at a meal, I take a capsule, which is most meals. I have only used the Nutricology brand, 150 mg. I found the 500 mg. to be too strong for me. I love these – they have been a lifesaver for me. No more pain from not having a gall bladder! By the way, I have no side effects from these capsules.

I started having pain and soreness under my rib cage about twenty years ago. My doctor ordered testing which ruled out gallstones in my gallbladder. The soreness and pain continued until the spring of this year when it became intolerable. This time it came with extreme nausea. More tests were performed and showed that the gallbladder and ducts weren’t functioning properly, still no stones. Just over a month ago, I had surgery to remove the gallbladder. Unfortunately, all the symptoms remained. The nausea, pain and soreness were ruining my life. I ate bland foods and not even that helped. Long story short, I found this product. After reading the reviews, I purchased it and by trial and error, I have found the right dosage and I am almost back to normal. All bodily functions are normal. I can’t imagine what I would have done without it. The doctors didn’t have an answer. So thankful for this product! I highly recommend it!

Like hundreds of thousands of Americans out there, I have had my gallbladder removed this year in June. I did my research before the surgery and discovered this product on Amazon. Subsequently, I’ve researched ox bile from one end to the other, and in a nutshell this is your gallbladder in a bottle.
My surgeon didn’t even know ox bile existed and wanted the information about this so she could recommend it to her other patients whose gallbladders she removed.
I discovered that when you have your gallbladder removed, within a very short period of time you will indeed gain weight. By using the ox bile, your food is properly digested, and the weight gain stops. Without using the ox bile, the animal fats and animal products that you consume are not digested properly and pass through your intestinal tract undigested. In your large intestine, the fat is extracted and stored into your fat cells, and that is why you gain weight quickly without a gallbladder.
I get the 125 milligrams because if you need more you can take more. I take 1 ox bile after my first bite or two of food where I am consuming an animal product some sort. If you have had your gallbladder removed, even decades ago, I promise you your doctor probably never mentioned one word to you about proper eating, the weight gain that follows gallbladder removal, the bloating and digestive issues that you will experience, the constipation or diarrhea that you will experience. You were probably told that once your gallbladder is removed you can go back to eating like you could before all the problems started. I’m sure by now you have discovered that that is not so, and that you have gained a lot of weight and you don’t know why. I also highly recommend that you Google “life without a gallbladder” and read everything you can. I also take digestive enzymes, (which are different than probiotics), to aid in digestion when needed. Your pancreas provides the digestive enzymes, but sometimes, after gallbladder removal, you need a little extra help. (Research digestive enzymes too).
I highly recommend this product. This is indeed your gallbladder in a bottle. Also if your gallbladder is still in your body but not functioning properly you can take this product as well. You will find that adding an ox bile capsule to a meal where you have meat or cheese, your food will digest much better. Please educate yourself on this first.
