I fill a 40 oz bottle in the morning then I use this mix for all my activities. It has a good formulation to help me stay up and to recover. I primarily use it for pickleball, keeps me going, and for weight lifting, keeps me going and helps recovery. It has been shown water during weightlifting is essential to a good lift, and this provides a lot of the nutrients to enhance your workout.

I am a previous amateur bodybuilder. My coach who owned a supplement store who has UC recommended me to this and I REFUSE TO USE ANYTHING ELSE.
It’s excellent for hydration, intra, muscle recovery and now that I’m not am amateur bb- the occasional hangover xD (sorry for horrible 2000’s emoji.. you can’t post reviews with emoji’s) all the flavors are good but coconut and mango are the best.
It tastes fantastic and you can feel the difference. Quality of this brand is phenomenal. I have on subscription.
PLEASE SHAKE THIS BEFORE USE. Ok, maybe I forget sometimes but this does have sodium and all sorts of other powders in it with different weights- if you don’t occasionally shake it the bottom will taste different then a brand new one. And you want to make sure you’re dosing effectively.

I’ve been using the Nutrex Research EAA Hydration Post Workout Recovery Sports Drink in Strawberry Watermelon flavor for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! Look, I don’t know if this stuff really has EAAs in it….I don’t even know if it has hydration stuff in it. What I do know is this stuff tastes great; I put a scoop in with 16-24 oz of ice/water….with my daily creatine,,,,,,can’t drink it fast enough. It tastes great at spin class.
Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

This is the 2nd flavor from this brand and it is not the best, but not the worst I’ve had. I can still drink it easily. The Pink Lemonade was sooo good! They do give me an extra push during workouts compared to other brands that I’ve trird. Def not so sore the day after working out.
Flavor update 3/21: Blood Orange is the worst flavor to me so far. Tastes like medicine. Nothing orange about this. It’s drinkable with lots of ice. The coldness takes away the tart nasty medicine tast.
Flavor update: Maui Twist is my 4th flavor. This would be my 2nd option to Pink lemonade. Being that PL hasn’t been in stocks in weeks, MT will be my #1 so far.
Torn between trying anymore flavors and forcing myself to drink as to not waste my money, or just stick to what I know is good.

EDIT: The brand offered me a full refund! Maybe I just got a bad batch, or the flavor just isn’t for me, but either way, they must really believe in the product, or at least in keeping their customer base happy. Looking past my original impression, I would recommend this product because you may like it, but even if you don’t, the company may be willing to refund your purchase if you didn’t enjoy it. I might even think about purchasing another tub of this in a different flavor, since I like the dosing of the EAAs in this product. Flavor I purchased was apple pear by the way.
ORIGINAL: I’m sure the product itself is doing what’s advertised, but the flavor is very bitter and a bit chemical-like. I don’t know how best to describe it, but it’s not pleasant. I plan on finishing the tub of the stuff I bought, but I’ll probably look elsewhere when I want to buy more EAAs.
