I have been taking joint Astin for over 30 days, it has reduced the stiffness in my knees by a considerable amount. You do have to take four capsules each day in order to get all of the benefits from the red alge (bio Astin), glucosamine and flaxseed oil.

I have been taking this supplement for several years after I found out the I had a torn meniscus and would need surgery. My husband was deployed, and without family near by I just couldnot have the ssurgery and take care of my 3 small children. I did some research, found this product, and decided.to give it a try. I am so glad that I did. I have been able to exercise, and continue on with my life without having the pain,swelling, discomfort, or surgery. I still love this product, but the last shipment I recieved had broken capsules that leaked all over the rest of the product. Astaxanthin tastes terrible.

I have been using JointAstin for a couple of years now, and wouldn’t want to be without it. A previous job frequently required me to have to squat, and/or crawl under counters, etc. My knees were giving me more and more pain when I was down on them, and would make noises as I got back up. My wife started using JointAstin, and I decided to try it too. The label suggests it can take 2 to 6 weeks to show results, but I guess my knees were really bad because it took almost 3 months for me. I’m really glad I stuck with it as my knees don’t bother me at all now.
The other benefit I soon confirmed for myself is that the Astaxanthin in this product boosts the skins resistance to sun burn. I don’t think the label mentions that, but I have read it in the promotional info on BioAstin, and in articles online. I hardly ever experience sun burn since taking this product, and I live in Hawaii. When my physician was reviewing the medications and supplements I take, he liked seeing that I take the JointAstin and he recommended I continue taking it the rest of my life. I think he was mostly considering it’s anti-oxidant qualities.
If you already have a favorite joint supplement, you could take BioAstin (Astaxanthin without Glucosamine) for it’s anti-oxidant and sun exposure benefits. The Glucosamine works for me, and it’s more convenient just having one product to buy and take.

This is a fabulous product. I did my due diligence and researched the products available. This came out on top. Value for the money is very nice. But let’s face it, QUALITY of the ingredients is of the utmost importance. This ticks all the boxes. So grateful I found this and at such a wonderful price as well. I bought these by mistake & didn’t won’t to deal w/mailing back returns so figured I’d try them. Well I’ve been using it for 4months now & will never stop. I had a bad motorcycle accident few years ago & shattered alot, ripped tendons ligaments etc. & spent a few months in traction. I recovered but I’m in pain daily in my knees, pelvis,hips,back & arm’s because of the weather living in New York. (I am other wise very healthy & active at 38 & have a 4 1/2 yr little girlwho is the energizer bunny) I’ve used pain meds to dozens of supplement but they all fell short or had horrible side affects. I eat clean, work out daily & take vitamins regularly but i just needed extra help. Md joint is the only thing that has worked w/Noticable results in less than 2weeks. I usually don’t write reviews but this stuff is worth my 3 mins To write one. The gel caps are smaller than normal size and they go down easy. They don’t bother my stomach or cause headaches etc… When I ran out & felt great I thought maybe I did’t need them anymore. Man I was wrong. They are a little more $$ then I was looking for but worth every penny. You can’t find supplements that are non GMO & made of this quality. At least not w/out a heavty price. I even have my mom in law on these. She was scheduled for knee surgey & has since cancelled because of taking these. Her orthopedic surgen said he was impressed &to keep up w/them they are working. A Dr saying that has to have some merit. I can actually walk up stairs w/my kids sleeping in my arms w/out Crying my eyes out. and we can jump rope together as i couldnt do it before. They work for us & I tell everyone I hear talking about body pains. It can’t hurt to try em. They just might work for u. Good luck hope this review helps someone else

I’ve seen some very consistent things regarding this product. Most of it good…
Good: The product is consistently great for some pain relief and sun protection.
Bad: I gave it 2 stars for value for money and 1 star for overall rating. The last 6 bottles have consistently been short 1-2 gel-tabs. This past month it was short 3 gel-tabs. It doesn’t seem like a big deal but I’m guessing I’m not the only one getting shorted.
