Product arrived as described. Been taking this product for 4 weeks now, and started to notice improvements after just 2 days. In my late 40’s I wad suffering Osteoarthritis in my left knee from an old sports injury and Arthritis in my all finger and toe joints. Prior to taking the product, my arthritic discomfort was increasing and I walked in pain every day for months which led me to desperately search for a product to help. After 2-4 days I noticed inflammation in my finger joints were significantly reduced and I was no longer walking with pain. Now 4 weeks in, my arthritis is no longer noticeable with no inflammation in my finger joints and I’m walking without pain, my general skin condition is improved, and while it could be coincidence, I’m no longer needing to wear my multifocal glasses as much as I have been. Arthritis was the main reason I tried this product and I’m so impressed with outcome and all the positive health benefits stated in research articles, I will continue to use it and have recommended to others suffering the same to give it a go after checking with their doctor. I know the improvement in my health is attributed to taking this product as I have not been taking anything else.

This is my favorite brand of astaxanthin thus far. I do believe it works! I have noticed a significant reduction in joint pain (when combined with a no-sugar diet) and this stuff works like a natural sunscreen! Both my wife and I have noticed we tan so much easier while taking this product. Our skin is healthy, smooth and clear and knowing that this contains powerful antioxidant components (said to be 6,000 times more powerful than vitamin C) is certainly a positive! If you’re unaware of the potential benefits of astaxanthin, it’s worth some research because it’s pretty incredible stuff… Because it’s fat-soluble, that means it has the capacity to integrate itself into virtually every cell, organ and tissue of your body to provide anti-oxidant protection to neutralize free radicals. This could mean significant benefits over time for many aspects of your health.
One important detail that hardly anyone talks about when taking this product… It’s most beneficial to take along with some food that has fat in it, since without the fat it may not absorb as effectively. So eat some cheese or something when you take it, or maybe a spoonful of olive, avocado, fish or coconut oil. Take it daily without exception and expect that it could take up to a month before you really start noticing effects.
My wife and I were just taking it without thinking about it and about a month and a half in someone said, “Wow, you guys are tan and you look great!” We chuckled and never really noticed it because we don’t spend tons of time in the sun, but apparently the little bit we do each day was making a difference. I pair this product along with a no-sugar diet (for the purpose of eliminating as much inflammation as possible) and a low-carb/ketogenic lifestyle and I have literally experienced a massive (if not total) reduction in joint pain! Before I started this path (not quite four months ago) I had terrible joint pain in my knees (especially my right knee that has a torn meniscus that I have been avoiding surgery for). I also have suffered with lower back pain and some arthritis in my fingers. I now have literally no more knee pain at all. It’s gone! Even the meniscus is like I never had a problem with it (and no surgery needed)! My lower back pain… gone! My finger pain, extremely reduced.
So… the question is, is it really the astaxanthin that is the reason? Or is it the other factors like no sugar and low carb diet? Is it a combination of both? I don’t know for sure… but I do know that, even before I was on a ketogenic diet, I experienced positive effects from this supplement, so I believe it helps and will continue to take it.

I’ve been taking BioAstin on and off for over 10 years and what I found is it accumulates in the system so after taking it for a month I noticed huge improvements with iHealth skin health, brain health, and even overall recovery. My eyes see better and my skin looks and feels better. I can recover quickly from too much sun exposure by having this. The reason I have taken it on and off all these years is because I was really in question of its effectiveness, which I found to be incredible along with so many others I can see around the world that this has changed their life for the better and so many different ways. This truly is one of the greatest sources of Astaxanthin I’ve ever found where I know it comes from a trusted bio secure zone free from contamination.

Do not chew the capsules because it will coat your mouth with a very unique flavor that will not go away for quite some time, which is actually quite funny to see someone else do that but not funny. It will stain your clothes.

Great quality product.
I spent hours on chatgpt discussing ways to prevent dementia seeing as it runs rampant in my family. I told Ai to look for novel ways to combat or delay dementia and the number one way was with this product. It’s hard to say if it’s working or not because I don’t have dementia yet and hopefully it stays that way. Just for the chance that it will help it is worth taking and regardless if it does or not this is a quality product that is good for your body.
The pill is small although I can’t swallow any pills so I just bite the end and squeeze it into some overnight oats that I make or into a smoothie.
My only caution is that if you get this liquid from inside the capsule onto your hands it stains a blood red color. No biggy just keep it away from your skin and clothes if you cut it open. Should be super easy to swallow though for most people.
