I started taking this due to excessive shedding. I take 1 pill 4-6 times a week and I’ve noticed a huge difference with shedding. I take less than the recommended dose because my stomach tends to hurt with too many supplements. I may gradually increase over time but I’m seeing the results I want with my current dose. I am a 64 year old female who is a biker. I had super thick hair up until menopause. Natural auburn curly/wavy hair. I color it now however (have been for years). It has been gradually thinning on top. My mom had very thick hair. My dad (redhead) was bald on top. Mine is to the point where I am pulling it back to help conceal the thinning on top. I started taking fish oil supplements today also, which are supposed to be good for hair growth. Am hoping to get at least 50% back of what I have lost over time, and get it thickened back up again. *Update* Am thru my first bottle and just ordered my second. Those first new growth hairs are now an inch long. Prior to this, I would shed a handful of hair each time I washed it. Shedding is now minimal. Everywhere I part my hair, there are baby hairs popping up. I can’t tell you how relieved I am to be seeing improvement and new growth. I continue to use rosemary oil at night, massage my scalp, take protein supplements and collagen peptides, and fish oil. I am using a shampoo with rosemary oil. I’m not relying on one product for success. I think it’s been a team effort from several products. Whatever I am doing, it’s working!!!
Update with pictures. I am thru my first 4 months of using this and my 5th bottle is on the way. I am no longer keeping my hair pulled back. My almost bald spot at the back of my head is gone. Any light areas you see are grays because I am 2 weeks out from my last color job, and it grows super fast. I am beyond happy with the results I have gotten from using this. My issue is hormones, and this product appears to block the hormone that chokes off the blood supply to the follicle. Happy, happy 64 year old!!

I have struggled with hair loss for about 10yrs,

I wish I had done my homework before spending such an obscene amount of money on these. By the second day of taking them, I was nauseated, breathless, dizzy and bloated and this came on again on day 3, though I HALVED the dosage. I felt so bad I finally looked up the actual individual dosages and was appalled by how much they exceeded the RDA, to the point of being harmful. Make a point of reading up on what could happen if you overdose on vitamin A and so forth; BE CAREFUL!

This product has changed my life! I was losing my hair and it was getting very thin, during menopause. Three months in, I started seeing a big change. Been using this only a month and some thoughts below. I plan on giving this a 3-6 month try, and will need to see significant changes to keep it going.
1) The amount of hair falling out is visibly less – is it a LOT less? I don’t think so, I have not been counting the hairs, but it is less enough that I’ve noticed a visible difference in the amount of hair collecting in the shower drain.
2) Is the hair growing back? I have not seen evidence of this. Some people see little hairs growing or their hair feels thicker when trying to tie it up, but I have not felt any tangible difference. It’s only been a month though and I will wait until the 3 month mark to make a call on this.
3) Hair texture remains the same, no change. Same for body odor, no change.
The pills smell like hay and saw dust and taste exactly as it smells, but thankfully I only need to take it once a day. I’ve heard that dosage can be reduced once you get going, but my fear is that I’ll need to take it forever. This seems to be a temporary solve but would be nice to find out why my hair had been falling out for the last 2 years, to half its original thickness.

I’ve taken this product for a full 4 months now and have ordered for the 5th month today. I am definitely giving this product the full 6 months as instructed to get the full benefit. I was getting a lot of hair in my brush after shampooing but, after 2 months I saw a difference and now after a full 4 months I hardly see any hair in my brush. My hair is growing fairly fast but not necessarily thicker but I always had fine hair but lots of it. I think I will cut the dose to 2 capsules a day after the next bottle and see if it is still working so I can save a little money since it is a bit pricy… I’m worth it so I’ll only try the 2 capsules a day if it still works. I have been using the shampoo and conditioner but I think it is this product that is making it work, I doubt I get the S/C after it is gone but never say never.
