Oh well i was too quick to judge. Seriously, I called this supplement the Viagra for hair. Only after a few days, you really feel like your hair looks and feel healthier no doubt about that but then it hit us. She takes the women version and I take the male version. it causes severe bloating and nausea. I hope it’s just us and I was really excited about this product. Had no problem paying 88 since my shampoo alone cost about 40 bucks. Nausea and bloating are nothing you experienced before. She actually said it feels like to be pregnant. I’m on third day off of it and i still get headaches.

So I’m not gonna deny that this product has seem to be steadily working. I’m a guy with a full set of hair and in my late 40s and yes I do notice a difference slightly however, my complaint is actually about the company. Not only is this product expensive enough, (note: I’m willing to pay what it takes to keep my hair!) My issue is that there is always several pills missing! WTH!?. I’m on a subscribe and save subscription with Amazon so I’m getting the bottle monthly. However, I’m always a few days short, almost a week this time because there is not 30 days worth of pills in the damn bottle. This really sucks, not wanting to skip a week before I get my next delivery. I went ahead and bought an extra bottle at full price and paid extra. Thanks a lot Nutrafol for your false count of pills and cheap way of saving cash. I feel like you owe me another bottle just to make up for the past few months. Sucks.

2) Nutrition deficiency – Best quality Eggs, Oysters, Liver (beef or Cod), brewers yeast(grown on beet molasses), Collagen Powder(or bone marrow), and Seaweed. More suggestions can be found in the Ray Peat Inspired diet.
3) Lifestyle – Be disciplined with your sleep quality, spend at least an hour every day to get morning sun exposure, practice celibacy (your semen takes a long time to get created, and it has a lot of powerful nutrients. Plenty of ancient spiritual texts talk about how constant ejaculation causes premature aging.) and cut out all addictions from your life.
4) For Scalp – microneedling (see youtube videos on how to use it on your scalp) and massage (ever wonder how come the balding area on the top is very hard to pinch, this is because your scalp has become tight. Hair grows well where the skin is loose. So you have to try to make the skin on the top pinchable via regular massage. I’ve been liking the growband by hairguard but they’re also too unfairly priced… oh well, it’s because they have no competition at this point…)
So yeah, I suggest doing these things first properly before giving your money to this greedy company!

My husband took these for 2 months and almost gave up- he was starting to thin and gets. Bald spot on top of his head. We are on month 4-5 now and he’s having to get his haircut every 4 weeks because food the growth. Hai hair looks much thicker. Dotn know what happens if he stops taking them but considering how much I pay at the salon to get my hair done it seems cheap.
