Been using this product since June of 2021. My typical activities are Olympic weightlifting and accessories to accommodate for the two main lifts.
Judging by the ingredients alone, this is quite literally the best stim-Free pre workout on Amazon. Take a look and compare the ingredients list to any other supplement and you’ll see that this is true. However, that brings me to the biggest con of this supplement.
Personally, I hate the taste of this stuff. Either flavor is hard to drink, as it tastes like cheap candy that is way too sweet. I searched in vain to find some other preworkout, but they all were underdosed or missed key ingredients. So, if you’re like me and would rather have the best ingredients at the cost of the taste, then this one is for you.

This is great all in one blend and best part there is no caffeine. Without caffeine you might not feel that kick but work hard and this gives nice pumps and energy. Just assess your dosage levels. I started with half scoop them to 3/4th which I think is enough for my workouts.
The only cons: Flavour is not that great and it’s not cheap.

Taste is alright, I add it to a Gatorade so hard to say. No jitters which is the ultimate plus side. I’ve seen results. Just wish they had a subscribe and save, their website doesn’t even seem to give discounts.

One of the best pre-workouts I’ve ever used.
I’ve been a stim junkie for years but was building too much of a tolerance to caffeine to the point where it no longer affected me. I decided to take a couple weeks off of caffeine and bought this particular pre workout to use instead.
The focus I get while on this product is ridiculous! I’m zoned into what I’m doing at the gym with such intensity as I haven’t had in a long time. The pumps I get from this are decent, but not as crazy as I was hoping for. HOWEVER, my strength has gone through the roof somehow, and I’ve hit several new PRs while using this.
I originally wanted to take a couple weeks off from caffeine but now it has been nearly a month and I’m seriously considering buying more of this product to use as my go-to pre-workout.
Oh, and as for flavor it tasted fine. I got watermelon and it isn’t bad at all. Nutrabio makes some very high-quality products. They’re expensive, but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this pre-workout.

I like this pre-workout. I’m a 22 year old female, I take this to have energy to get through my early morning workouts. I do hour long workouts 6 days a week, mix of cardio and free weight lifting. I prefer stim free options because I often find pre-workouts to be much more than I need and aimed at male weight lifters. You’ll definitley get a beta alanine tingle from this, which can feel itchy and uncomfortable if you take too much (everyone’s body is different) but it does the job. Nothing miraculous like a strong hit of caffeine might give you but I certainly feel stronger through my workouts. The flavor (I have watermelon) is very good. Pretty sweet, but it doesn’t taste nearly as bad as some of the other things I’ve tried,lile the Transparent Labs stim free. For the price, I definitely recommend giving this a try!

While I did not find this product was right for me personally, I would consider other products by this brand because I feel like there would be responsive & professional customer follow up if needed.

I’ve used many Nutrabio products, and they generally knock it out of the park, even if they are expensive. The majority of the ingredients in this pre are well researched or at least highly regarded among body builders. The only issue I really have is that this causes brown Niagara Falls every time I use it, without fail. This holds true for several of my friends have have tried both stim-free and regular Nutrabio pre workout. Something in this product just isn’t working out.
That being said, despite being stim-free, this gives me a nice steady boost in energy. Solid work outs on this, but I can’t continue to put my body through the pain of attempting to digest it.
