This item began working is 2 weeks. Doctor asked how?? “Papaya Papain Enzyme,” is easy to take and overall feeling improves and if you have blood work you will notice a change, or your doctor may notice.
Also, I lost weight over the next 6 months. Not sure exactly but helps with blood sugar and digestive issues which helps the body with platelets.
Not a doctor here, just read a lot and ask far too many questions at doctors visits.

Not certain that it has been helping over the past year honestly but it doesn’t negatively impact my stomach or my reflux. They just recently changed the formula of fillers and what’s in the capsules. It’s less healthy now but it may help break down and assimilate the papain better because before with just rice powder in it, I emptied the powder in my mouth and it just waded up into a small sticky but hard clump. After that I felt like there’s no way this could be doing anything to help digestion. So I’m kind of intrigued by the new formulation. Time will tell

I have been using antacids so much they don’t work like they used to. Controlling stomach acid with medications is not the answer. The natural enzymes in this products aides digestion which keeps my stomach from producing the extra acid that gives me heart burn and it works in about 30 minutes. I’m good for now.
