I’m not making it less stars because it WORKS, too good in my case.
I’m already on berberine, ACV and ketovore and working out…adding in this bad boy lowered my blood sugar TOO much and I was starving. Constant hunger pangs even right after eating.
I’ll give them to my husband to enjoy as since I’ve lost 70 lbs with intermittent fasting, berberine, keto cycled on and off with intuitive eating and ACV my insulin resistance is no longer an issue.

I have a sweet tooth. I like to eat sweets and lots of them. I fluctuate about 15lbs from my sugar habit and I’m what society would consider relatively skinny.
