I used to have a similar product (same listed ingredients and amounts), and it strongly smalled like oregano. But this one surprisingly doesn’t. I bought it for vegan capsules. Today I opened one capsule, smelled, and even tried the insides. There’s no trace of oregano in this product, and it’s listed as the main ingredient. The powder smells and tastes like spoilt coconut oil (soapy).
I got suspicious when I got my yeast infection while taking this anti-candida supplement. Plus, I don’t know if I noticed any digestion improvements.
So, I have no idea what is exactly inside these capsules and why anyone should trust this company with their health.

…after taking these!! On my 2nd bottle & no more tummy issues, bloating, strange cravings “that time of the month”, etc. & work well with my Naturelo women’s daily vitamin. Not gonna lie, 1st 3-4 days of taking these, I felt icky & sluggish, needed to drink more water & poop it out because after that, (don’t laugh, we all know that’s important) I’ve been feeling better, eating better, more energy, skin issues fading. If you want to get into a habit of balancing your gut, add these into your daily regimen, highly recommend.

After taking this supplement for 2 weeks, I have had a bad bout if insomnia that has been causing me to wake earlier and earlier. Yesterday was the worst. Went to bed at 10pm, woke up at 1am. I had to stop and think what was I taking outside of my normal supplement regimen. It was this formula, Candidahealth Complex. I reviewed the ingredients list, then searched for side effects of the ingredients. The very last ingredient, Reishi Mushroom, lists insomnia as a possible side effect. I was so exhausted last night I frll asleep without taking ANY of my evening supplements and I slept well for the first time in 2 weeks. So this bottle is going straight in the trash.
