I’ve used Creatine on and off for years. I’ve tried pills and powdered varieties. Some are very gritty in powder form, so generally prefer pills. That being said, this powder is some of the finest I’ve ever tried. It’s almost flour-like in consistency. It mixes up in my protein shake easily, and while it is ever so slightly noticeable in texture, it’s really not bad at all.
I will never buy any supplements without a GMP label, so luckily this is made in the USA, GMP certified, made in an FDA-approved facility, and vegetarian!
Finally, every so often, I come off Creatine supplementation for a few months and I’m always surprised at the performance benefit when I start up again. I’m a cyclist primarily and the reduction in RPE is marked. Oh, and yes, you will get a few lbs of water weight. In my case it’s 2-3 lbs, but the perfor,ace benefit you get far outweighs the weight gain!

1. It appears that this company may be a fairly new player on Amazon. It will bear watching how well their products are accepted by the community
2. The scoop handle is long enough that it is hard to ‘bury’ back into the container after using when new. I snipped a bit of it off with scissors, but suspect I will regret that when I get toward the bottom of the jar because the jar mouth isn’t all that wide. I believe it would have been preferable to go with a shorter, fatter jar which would allow for a shorter handle and make it easy to get a hand in to scoop out the last bits of the jar.

It’s hard to go wrong with pure Creatine Monohydrate. This supplement is one of, if not the most, researched supplement on the market. I am impressed with the testing that went into this product and it gave me peace of mind that it was safe to consume. I typically do not get supplements off amazon, but the extensive testing of this one allowed me to go for it. Creatine can help with cognition, muscle recovery, and other long term health benefits, but don’t expect this to be a drastic overnight thing. It builds in the system over weeks. It does not build muscle for you.
This product is on par with other brands (in a good way). It mixes in smoothly with your beverage of choice- for me, that’s water and a BCAA. The powder dissolves nicely, stays dissolved, has no aftertaste or grittiness. The price for 90 servings is excellent. I have gotten more expensive products with less testing. Another plus is it comes with a scoop- for me that’s 50% of why I will buy a supplement. I’m so tired of manufacturers cutting cost by not providing a scoop and claiming it’s saving the environment. That’s a huge bonus that this company values the convenience and health of the customer over cutting costs.
