I have been taking this supplement for a short while (less than a month), so it’s hard for me to be a true expert. Initially, I can say there have been no taste, digestive, or other issues encountered. However, I can’t say I have seen any distinct improvements in the areas noted by the product. It might require more time, so I’ll update again later. So far, no negatives to report.

Seems like a good size pill to take. Make sure to check with your doctor or other medical professional to ensure the supplement is good for you. Supposed to help with antioxidants and health and other improvements. Make sure to read the dosage instructions carefully.

Easy to incorporate this tablet into my daily supplements. I added it to try to help with my waning energy level recently. I just take 1/day and I think they help. Will try a few more months to see how they are long term. I like the brand.

Easy to take and the price seems reasonable. I’ve felt no effect and am new to alpha lipoic acid. I’m hoping this will help my glucose level. Time will tell.

I’ve tried a number of different supplements from Nuray and believe they are a reputable supplement company. Their supplements are rarely the cheapest option, but they are normally on the lower-middle end of the price spectrum and present a decent value.
I take a number of supplements and ALA is one that I’ve gone back and forth on over the last couple of years. Earlier this year, I re-inserted it into my daily routine after reading Tim Ferriss’s 4-hour body.
This version is easy to take and contains the normal dosage. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a “standard” ALA supplement. 4.5 stars.

I’ve been hearing good things about ALA lately in regards to health and managing blood sugar. This sort of thing is hard to measure so I’ll just say the capsules are easy to swallow and smell neutral. It’s great that a dose is a single pill and you get a 2 month supply. The price is reasonable. Packaging is good quality.

These are really good pills, and I feel that they are very effective! I am two weeks in, but I am going to consistently take them. I do feel as if I am a little more energized but it’s too soon to say definitively. I will update this review in a few weeks! But so far so good!
