These Metabolism ACV gummies are okay, but they do have a few issues. Each gummy is really sticky—so sticky, in fact, that I had to rinse my hands off after grabbing one. They tend to clump together in the container because of this, which isn’t great. As for the texture, they’re more squishy than chewy, which I didn’t love.
The taste is…fine. It’s not terrible, but it’s not great either, and there’s a bit of an unpleasant aftertaste. That said, these aren’t candy, so the taste isn’t a huge deal. I can’t speak to their claimed effects because I haven’t noticed any difference in how I feel since taking them.
Overall, I’m giving them 4 stars because there’s nothing especially wrong with them other than the stickiness, but don’t expect anything extraordinary.

I’m always looking to find more ways to get good probiotics into my system. I’ve tried other ACV gummies but they just seemed really sugary and not that “healthy”. These seem to be a great balance of healthy while still actually having the good stuff in them. Taste is pretty good and I love that they use organic ingredients. I’ve noticed less bloating (happens at night) when using!

These taste decent and I like that I only have to take one. They seem to be working ok. I know supplements are hard to judge. I like that these have probiotics which can only help. This is worth the money.

I have taken a lot of ACV gummies in the past two year and what I have found that seems to make the difference is when the ingredient lists that it has the “mother”. I still do not quite understand what that means, but this product orders that where a lot of the others brands do not. The flavor of this is “ok” and the dosage only calls for one. I have only been taking these for a few days as I finished another type and my hunger is slightly decreasing. It could be placebo effect however, again, with the “mother”, I tend to notice the best results.

These gummies taste good and are healthy, they don’t have any unnatural ingredients and are made apples and other fruits. They don’t have a weird taste like other apple cider vinegar gummies do and aren’t super bitter. They are also organic, non gmo, vegan and kosher. I have noticed a benefit in my gut when taking these, my stomach feels relaxed and I have more energy to work out.

I actually look forward to having these gummies because I quite like the taste. I know everyone is saying that they’re bitter or whatever, but after trying so many other gummies, I’ll gladly take this “bitterness” (which I don’t think it really is) over all the gummies that add sugar, stevia &/or xylitol to them to make them taste like candy. These gummies have a very mild & natural sweetness to them – sort of like dates or even molasses.
While I’m not allowed to speak of their efficacy, I can say that I’m quite happy with them. They’re good gummies that are certified USDA organic.
While they’re distributed by Numo out of California, there’s no mention on the label of where they’re made…which is a bit of a bummer. The label does have a clear batch number & expiration date of July 2025.

I like there’s no sugar in these gummies, but they didn’t put a lot of effort into the taste. The apple and pomegranate flavor doesn’t come through, or maybe the flavors just clash and that’s the issue, but I’ve had better tasting apple flavor gummies and better tasting pomegranate flavors before. The gummy is very dense.

ACV isn’t something many people enjoy drinking straight – so trying to take it for its health benefits can be a challenge. Putting it into tasty chews is smart way of delivering it to people. Adding in some probiotics and other items seems smart as well.
The flavor is nice. It’s a rich, slightly acetic flavor which is quite nice. I’d eat this if it was just a candy.
