I bought this because my gym partner was taking one of their other Testosterone boosters. I normally have trouble sleeping so I picked up this one.
I can honestly say that this product has helped me sleep better. As far as strength gains, I have noticed a little something, but I don’t know if I should credit this product or the fact that me an my gym partner have tried to stop doing “overzealous” reps. Either way I look at it as a positive and have already ordered a second bottle to take with me while I am away for a month. Also, I was having a pain in my right forearm that I had to push through when doing Biceps. I was a big problem, but has been going away slowly but surely. Don’t know if I should credit this product or the sleep that it induces for my recovery, but again, I’ll take it. I read online that you’re supposed to take this and one of their other testosterone booster products together. Take this one at night and the other in the morning. I don’t do that, but I think it works fine as a standalone product. I normally write reviews for the products I like. I’ll buy this again.

I recently found out that I had low free testosterone and it’s the most likely cause of my fatigue during the day and contributed to my depression. I had blood tests done 3.5 months ago. I have been taking it everyday for that period of time. Just got the results back from the Dr. On this new set of blood tests and it’s now lower than it was originally. Canceled subscription and now get a shot for the next 6 weeks that will be more effective.

Take this 30 before bedtime. When using try to keep bedtime consistent. I try to set a 7 hour alarm because this has some melatonin in it.
