This is not about this brand in particular, but I tried many brands of tongkat ali and one after another I came to the conclusion that on its own, it doesn’t do much. However, when stacked with fadogia agrestis, you can start to feel the effect in energy during exercising.
In general, everyone react different to supplements and the base health condition plays a big role in how one can benefit (or not) for a specific supplement.

Good stuff! I think. Using with a few other vitamins. What happens if you only take this? I couldn’t tell you. With the cocktail(no pun intended) it works great for me. Been taking it for about three months and will continue . If I have any side effects, I will follow up.

I am real confused why this product had zero effect for me I bought two bottles. I don’t recommend. Force factor has been a good brand but this unfortunately didn’t work at all.
Bag is great for the price but handle or strap is very short! Not like it’s pictured unless you’re a teen or petite. –
