I encountered this product when I was looking for something to help my general wellbeing at my age. As it is highlighted in the description page, this product would promote energy and hormone homeostasis. As I have been using these capsules, I have been in good condition and didn’t see much change. Probably I am already in a healthy condition. From the list on the bottle, I can see that it contains most Folate, D-Aspartic Acid, Boron and some herb extracts. These things are good for energy and hormone balance.

Im not sure of the efficacy of this supplement. The ingredients used all have beneficial properties, but I’m not experiencing the benefits that I anticipated. I don’t want to write this one off, but perhaps Im just not understanding or noticing the benefits. Dosage was four capsules daily. That’s a lot. Thankfully the capsules had no odd odor or aftertaste.
