I really wished this helped with my sleeping but I am afraid it has not. I did take the pills as in directions (2 at night) for a month but didnt feel like it did anything. These were kind of hard to swallow which is fine and would have continued if they really aided sleep. Others have reported that this has helped so it might just be that it didnt work for me so YMMV.
Only good thing is they did not have any negative reaction and as described the ingrediants are natural so didnt need to worry about it.

The serving size is 2 capsules, but I recommend taking one capsule and seeing how that goes. Even the directions on the bottle recommend taking only one capsule if you have a sensitive constitution. You can always start taking two if one isn’t effective enough.
This blend has quite a few ingredients. For two capsules:
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxine HCI): 3mg
Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate): 100mg
Magnesium (as Magnesium Oxide): 75mg
Sleep Proprietary Blend: 850 mg of the combined ingredients: Valerian Powder, Chamomile Powder, Passionflower Powder, L-Theanine, Hops Powder, Skullcap Powder, Organic Turmeric Powder, Organic Ashwagandha Powder
Melatonin: 4mg
Other ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), Rice Flour.
I hadn’t heard of this company before, but I went to their website before ordering this product to learn more about them. They seem like a good company.
I only take one capsule about 30 minutes before bed (the timing recommended on the bottle). Two capsules is too much melatonin for me. And I don’t take it every night, just occasionally. It does help me sleep better when combined with a good bedtime routine.

I’m a terrible sleeper: it takes more than an hour for me to fall asleep, I don’t sleep more than 5 hours at most, any little bit of sound or light will wake me up, I toss and turn even for that time. I’ve been taking melatonin for several years now, looking for the right combination to get some better rest. Then, I found this. This product might not work for everyone, it’s really about your own physiological make up but this product has worked better and is a better price point than anything else I’ve tried at this time.
The pills are easy to swallow and the first couple of times I got kind of a weird taste in my throat, probably because I didn’t take it with enough water.
Highly recommend taking it 30-45 minutes before you go to bed, so no driving or other important tasks, and set yourself up for sleep with white noise, a warm bath, etc.
It took a few days before I could really feel any benefits but I feel like I’m in a better pattern of sleep thanks to the NuBest.
