I got this for gut issues I’ve been having and just started a week ago. So far I have not noticed improvement, but it is probably too soon to tell. However, I have not noticed any disturbance which some other supplements have caused. So that is good. I suspect these issues will not be resolved quickly or by a single supplement, so I’m willing to give this a couple of months because it appears to be a premium product, the blend is good, all the things in it should work well, it’s a good value. I will update the review if progress is made

I got this because, when I looked up the ingredients and what they say they do, I thought they’d be a good fit for me. This supplement has black walnut, wormwood, goldenseal, neem, ginger, pumpkin, and black pepper in it. So far I haven’t seen much of a difference, but it’s also winter so I’m going to keep going until it’s completely empty before I give my final verdict. That will take a bit because you only take 1 a day and there’s 150 capsules in the bottle. For now, I’m rating it on the size of the capsule, which is on the smaller size when it comes to supplements, the taste, there is none, and the price, which is currently (on Amazon) at $16.99 for 150 capsules. That’s an insanely good price! That works out to be $3.40 a month! If this shows a marked change for me, this will be in my cupboard without fail!

1 capsule dosage daily. Does not state if long term use. I personally would look into that, some herbs/spices can be short term without any issues. Natural ingredients for detox and digestive issues. No odors or aftertaste. Gentle on tummy and digestive. Easy to swallow capsules. Maybe make a tea with? About 3 year shelf life. Supplement facts, usage and directions on bottle. Similar in quality and ingredients as others I have tried. Great value for money, about 5 month supply.
