   I hit a certain point in my life when I was getting frustrated because I was suddenly bloating way up when for years I had no problems in that department of life. I tried everything and in fact, I stopped eating hardly anything for a while and I still bloated way up.

   My situation was determined to be a yeast/mold/fungi related problem in my system. In addition to doing an anti-fungal eating program similar to what Doug Kaufmann recommends (except with more fresh raw foods, and less cooked foods and grass-fed meats), I tried to find any other herbal aids that might help me keep the molds and fungi under control in my body.

   I tried quite a few things, but found the NOW Foods Candida Clear Formula to be extremely effective. I have been taking them on and off for about three years now and am thrilled with the results. If I happen to run out, I begin to bloat up in a week or so, so I make sure I don’t run out.

   I have had no bad reactions with these, no burping or bad aftertaste, I also have noticed that there is some bulk in these so that you will keep regular as well. The only thing I have to make sure to do is to drink more water than normal as if I don’t it tends to slow my system down. That is recommended on the label.

   The dosage recommends two of these a day, so plan accordingly by dividing the pill total by 4 because that is how many days you will get out of the bottle if you plan to do it as recommended.

   I tend to take it at a different time of day with food than I take my Dr Ohhira’s probiotic, for less chance of them clashing. Together, this is a fantastic team for me!

   This candida cleanse works amazingly well! My son took it for 1 month and refrain from fruits and all sugars while supplement and his condition went away and has stayed away! I do recommend this to anyone.

   These pills really work! I never write reviews (usually only read them), but I felt I had to share how Candida Support helped me with my chronic yeast infection. For many years I had constant UTIs, which as you may know cause you to get a yeast infection. I was given Diflucan from my gyno so many times that eventually I became immune to it. I started going to Crossfit and never sweat so much in my life at the gym…which brought on another yeast infection. Even after taking Diflucan 2x over two weeks, the yeast infection still came back.
   I did a ton of research online and found Candida Support. After reading hundreds of reviews, I combined a few different people’s routines and it worked!! I am so happy with the results that I wanted to share back with everyone incase you are in a similar situation that I was.

   With breakfast or lunch:
   1 Candida Support
   1 Garlic Kyolic (these are great and no garlic aftertaste/reflux)
   1 Vitamin C with Bioflavonoids 1000mg Veg Caps
   Drink tons of water throughout the day to flush your system
   With Dinner:
   1 Candida Support
   1 Garlic Kyolic
   1 d’lenolate
   After dinner I chewed 3 Papaya Enzyme pills
   Shortly before bed:
   1 Probiotic (50 billion)
   Native Remedies Candidate (drops in a glass of water)

   This may seem like a lot but after a week you get used to it and most importantly it works!! If you’ve struggled for a while and can’t find a solution – try this routine and it should work for you. One other important thing to note is you NEED to change your diet. I have a big sweet tooth and love candy but after doing much research, I learned how bad sugar and a large intake of carbs is for your body. I started following the Keto diet (low sugar, low carb). I stopped eating sugar and cut out all white flour and food items with high carbs (think pizza, pasta, etc.). I need to stress that diet is an important part of getting rid of a yeast infection. After 1 month of this routine, I was doing well and the infection went away. I then went on vacation to Texas for a week and decided to treat myself with BBQ and Tex mex and did not keep to my diet. After a week of eating poorly, my yeast infection came back – which made me fully convinced how important diet plays a role in getting rid of a yeast infection. It takes a little more work and may involve cooking some more than usual but there are tons of Keto recipes online.

   A low carb, low sugar diet along with this routine (including Candida Support) should help you with your yeast infection. If you are looking at this review, you are most likely willing to try anything to find a solution. Give it try – you have nothing to lose!

   It is the second time I purchase this product. After a couple of weeks of using the NOW candida support, I managed to get rid of the fungal infection that was continuously appearing between my toes and in the private areas and even my mind is now clear. After reading of the properties of the oregano oil, I suggested the product to one of my friends who was not only suffering of some skin issues for the last 20 years (he was seen by several dermatologists) but he was suffering of chronic episodes of diarrhea and abdominal pain. We suspected a possible giardiasis (parasite infection) so he started to take 2 capsules twice a day of this product. After 2 days the diarrhea and the abdominal pain disappeared (he never experienced a regular bowel motion for so many days in a row) and after the fifth day his skin “magically” became clear of the red patches. He couldn’t believe to his eyes as he never had a clear skin in 20 and more years. I will keep ordering this product again and again

    I started using this after a candida cleanse by my nutritionist recommended it as I came off the cleanse.

    It would be a 5 if the taste and smell were better.
    The taste is horrific and nasty, the smell is horrible.
    For the value of money and for how it works, it is a great product, and I feel great after using it. I will keep using it until the bottle is gone. This does what it is supposed to. I recommend it. Just plug your nose while taking it.

    My gut and intestinal health has improved and I am happy with the quality of it
