I just finished my first bottle and so far so good. Not a major difference, but I do see a change in my nails. I have ridges and now they’re not as prominent. Also my lashes got a little longer. No major change in my hair but I do have thyroid issues.
I just got another bottle but as you can see in the pic the capsules from the first bottle, on the right, look darker from the capsules in the second bottle. Has anyone else noticed this?
I’m gonna see if this is just from them sitting over time in the bottle and in the cabinet. I’ll come back with an update.

This product definitely helped my hair and nails grow like crazy! I get my nails done every 2 weeks, gel fills. Once I started using this product, the the time my appt came around, they were grown out so far! My nail lady is always flabbergasted when I go in for my fill! My hair is growing faster of course and my skin rarely has a breakout.

I almost gave up on these vitamins. I took them religiously for 3 weeks to help strengthen my brittle nails. There was no sign of change but in week 4 my nails were strong again! I was so impressed that I wrote a review. Don’t “write these off” before finishing the bottle. They really worked for me.

I have had strong nails all my life (family members say my sister and I inherited beautiful nails from our Grandmother). But has I have grown older I find my nails having trouble retaining moisture, becoming brittle and peeling. No amount of lotions or hand & nail treatments have helped. I decided to try this product and WOW!. My nails have stopped peeling, are strong and grow incredibly fast. Although it has not done much to thicken my hair, my hair does grow faster than it used to (my stylist always complains that it is “deceptively long” when I go in for a trim).
