Suggested by my health and wellness coach. This stuff is amazing! 2 weeks I’ve been using it and I feel more energetic and it also makes you regular, which I need because of the pain meds I take daily. Be careful though, too much will keep you on the toilet. All you need is 1/4 teaspoon.

So cheap and you use a quarter teaspoon. Miralax is liquid plastic and should not be used long term. This is natural and can be used daily for life. No flavor what so ever. My naturopathic doctor recommended it to me.

This is great value. Those who take magnesium know its value for muscle and bowel movement. Find powder much more convenient to use mix with other powdered supplements

this type of magnesium “oxide” does not absorb well- do some research on it. This is a cheap poorly absorbed form. I prefer magnesium “citrate” (my favorite) or magnesium “malate” (malate supposedly good for fibromyalgia.

My doctor recommended Magnesium Oxide for my chronic constipation due to a medication I had to take. I was taking other over the counter products for the constipation but read articles that showed they were not good for you, so I was looking for a natural alternative. First purchased the capsules, but they were huge and I had to take a couple each day, so that was a real pain. The powder is perfect. I stir it up in my drink. No taste, but it really works for my issue.
